We bought this trailer new in spring of 2023 and it’s been great. We love the outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and the king size bed the most. We have taken our 2 big dogs with us for most trips and the dining table bed works great for them to sleep on. The blackout blinds are life savers for that extra early summer sun and the ac has also been much appreciated 👌🏼The trailer is stocked with kitchen supplies including an electric kettle, French press and toaster. There’s also hammocks, rv toilet paper, folding table for outdoors, camping chairs (2 adult & 2 kid) and mattress protectors.

Brand New 3500 lbs trailer is 17 ft in length with 21 ft approximately from bumper to hitch . Your family of four to five will love this trailer with one queen bed and Two single bunk bed for kids and one side slide for extra space in main area . A nice Dinette area with kitchen appliances like microwave , stovetop and utensils and many more amenities like A/C Just enjoy outside with Power Awning while watching kids playing around campsite and Full 30 Amp site or Generator is required to run A/C or microwave and all electric points. Generator is also available at extra cost . Gasoline expense will be paid by renter . Furry friends are a possibility ( depending on size ) at extra charge of cleaning fee. Non smoking and no off roading . Road Assistance and insurance is Mandatory. Please must select that . Driver must have Canadian licence . International or U.S. Licence will not be accepted. RV Pick up time is 5 pm on pick up day and drop off time is 11 am on drop off day. Please plan your trip accordingly. This Trailer is the perfect family camping nessecity. Love the fact the kids are on one side and parents on the other so no one waking anyone up. The queen bed has an extra soft pillowtop mattress plus Lots of extras included. Like outside Kitchen. Our Trailer is spacious and modern. Has air conditioning and a microwave. We will include a ps4 to play movies on. We will also supply the sheets, dishes and some games. It also has a built in vacuum!! Must have for the sand. This is a family Trailer so there will be some toys included. If not traveling with kids we will remove the toys.

A nice newer trailer in very good condition. Trailer is light and easy to tow. Great for people who hate sleeping on the ground but don't want to tow around a massive RV. Lots of storage space. Bluetooth connection with speakers inside and outside of trailer. Multiple outlets inside of trailer and two outside. Lots of individual lights that can be turned on or off with a push. Kitchen includes a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. Bathroom has a toilet and mini bathtub with shower head. Bathroom and kitchen both have screened roof vents that can be opened for some extra air. Use the air conditioner if it gets too hot. There is also a heater for those colder nights. The table turns into a larger bed and is also movable if you need more table space outside. Bunk beds are nice and cozy and both have a light. The lower bunk has a window and outlets. RV has a water heater for hot water and the water tank can store up to 10 gallons. There is an easy panel to use to see water levels, battery life, and black/grey tank storage levels. The propane tank has a gauge on it so you can see how much propane you have. The awning extends 10 ft and there are also outdoor lights. A spare tire is attached to the back of the trailer. RV needs to be plugged in for the air conditioning and microwave to work. Everything else can run off of the battery or propane tank. I'm flexible with pickup and drop off times. Anytime before 1:30pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. Just need 24 hours notice.

Plan your next camping adventure with this perfectly sized motorhome. This 27' Coachmen Leprechaun, which we have named "Shamus", is one of the most reliable motorhomes, with great drivability and road comfort for any beginner RV'er. This unit sleeps up to 7 people, it has a rear slide out with a queen size bed, with plenty of room in the master bedroom. It also has a queen sized sleeping area above the cab of the truck, along with a twin and a single dinette booth, that both fold down into a sleep area. The single dinette sleeping area is only suitable for a kid, as its only 62" long. Bring your fur companion(s) along to enjoy the vacation! Dropoff's and airport pickup can be arranged, this will be determined upon our availability. Delivery fee posted is each way, as we will need a secondary vehicle to return home. It is preferred for our guests to be dropped off at our place for picking up the RV, although we can allow parking at our place for a small $50 add-on. We will not be liable for any theft/damage to a guest's vehicle that is parked at our place. Keurig coffee machine provided with 2 pods per day (additional pods can be purchased with add-on feature). Crockpot, toaster, cookware/dinnerware provided, along with 4 bath towels, dish cloths, and cleaning supplies. Linens provided for the master bedroom and bed above the cab. *Additional Linens is an add-on that will be needed if using the fold-down dinette beds.* Renters travelling with pets will be liable for any damage, or if extensive cleaning is required to return to the original cleanliness of unit. We will have more photo's posted in April once we take the unit out of parking.
Built on a ford 450 chassis, is a pleasure to drive and setup. Has two opposing slides in main area that makes the living area spacious. The separate bedroom has a walk around queen bed with ample storage for clothes. The bathroom area has doors to partition it off from rest of unit for privacy. Unit has a stand up shower with skylight. The toilet and sink are in a separate room with a door. The kitchen has stove with oven and a microwave. The fridge is larger than most. The flooring is new and a vinyl wood grain plank. Carpet has been replaced in the unit.
Well maintained 32 ft class c with one large slide giving lots of family room. Sleeps 8 total and has seat belts for 9. Very easy to drive with no special license to drive. Linens and towels supplied if wanted at additional cost, along with disposable cutlery and plates. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle and cooking utensils are also included. Has a built in generator that starts from inside so no power sites are accessible. Other add on like barbecue and airport pickup are available for extra cost. Also included are chairs for outdoors.
