Welcome to our Forest River Cherokee 274BRB! We've fully equipped it with kitchen supplies, base bedding, mechanical add-ons and more, so you don't have to pack and bring items from home (see full list below). It boasts 27-feet of beautiful living space with extra-large windows (much larger than most trailers) and an extra-long slide-out for added space. Adults will be comfortable in the queen-sized-bed separate bedroom, with more storage than you'll need, AND we added a new ENDY mattress! The double-size bunks are ideal for younger family members. If you need even more space, the dinette converts into a bed for two and the couch folds open (great for watching movies at night). The modern kitchen comes with a propane stove and oven, microwave, farm style sink, large pantry (it's huge for a trailer!) and a full-size fridge. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and coffee/tea pods included. A 32-inch TV can be lifted and moved between indoors and outdoors. A 15-foot awning creates cover for an excellent sitting area and an amazing outdoor kitchen, with fridge, burners, a griddle, and (wait for it....) an ice maker! Second exterior entry to the bathroom means less dirt inside. (RV toilet paper MUST BE USED which we will supply.) Blue LEDs indoor and outdoor create great evening mood lighting. We fell in love with this trailer and hope you will too. Available for camping trips, weddings, renos, temp office space, movie shoots and more. And because we're still in that 'new' stage of owning our trailer, we do have a few conditions: - no smokers - no dogs - no music festivals (sorry Boots fans; we took the trailer there in 2022 and it was awesome. A lovely family trailer, fit for 2 -3 adults, 2 kids. There is a very comfy double bed, twin bunkbeds - bottom long and wide enough for an adult as well and the dinette can turn to a double bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 kids. The trailer contains full fridge, microwave, all cooking equipment included. trailer can be set up to your campsite for a basic fare so that all you need is to enjoy your vacation. Camping chairs (15 cad per chair) and linens (50 cad) can be provided with a fee.
This 2021 Grand Design Imagine 3250 BH trailer has everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation. It's perfect for family getaways. It's huge 37ft length houses comfortable sleeping for 8 people (possibly 10 at most) while still offering a spacious living area packed with some awesome features. Always kept the perfect temperature with a 15000BTU AC and a 35000BTU Furnace (ready to roll whatever the season). The 21' power awning allows for lots of shade wherever you plan to camp with built in LED lighting to seamlessly take you into the evening. The outdoor kitchen has upper cupboard space and a slide out drawer with BBQ utensils included. A fridge and 2 gas burners are also built in to the outdoor space. The trailer is equipped with 2 20lb propane tanks to run the gas stoves and water heater but if you require more we can provide additional tanks for a small fee. There's a hose at the back corner for outdoor water access also. Inside the trailer has 3 bump outs giving you lots of indoor space in case of the inevitable rainy days. The kitchen has an 8 cu ft fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with 3 burners and an island with extra coutertop space and sink. Tonnes of storage cupboards and drawers and a pantry with a sliding barn door. The table has seating for 4 and can be converted into a bed for 2, or more if everyone gets cozy. The comfortable recliners are equipped with LED lighting, heated seats, cup holders and a massage feature. A working LED fireplace sits under the TV which has satellite, DVD, USB and CD capabilities. With both indoor and outdoor speakers you won't have to bring a radio for tunes. The bunk house in the back has 4 bunkbeds and lots of cupboard and drawer space for each person's belongings. USB ports in the walls make for easy charging for your tech and a door which separates it from the living space for privacy. The other end of the trailer has the queen bed with more cupboard space, USB chargers with cubbies on either side and individual lights. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and radius shower with a skylight and built in shelves. The trailer has 2 Grey water compartments which is great for getting further in between having to dump them. Inside the trailer, the control board monitors when the tanks are getting full so your always in the know. This trailer is kept immaculately clean with a professional cleaning between rentals. All kitchenware is included in your rental (Pots, Pans, Kettle, Keurig, Toaster, Dishes, Utensils...), only thing you will need is your groceries. Linens can be provided upon request. Great kids bunk area for sleeping, has a pullout couch that turns into a comfy bed. As well as the dinette for another bed as well. A good size washroom and shower. Has a power awning to add some shade or help keep things dry from the rain. Our trailer is equipped with solar panel which will run your basics (lights, water pump ect…). Will not power a/c or furnace. ***No smoking in the camper. ***Camper and all equipment must be returned in the condition it was given to you in.
