NO SMOKING in the unit, in doing so you would forfeit your full deposit. Power awning for when it is too sunny and rainy conditions to allow you to enjoy the outdoors. (Cannot use during heavy winds) Well-behaved pets are welcome. Delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. 75$ up to a 25 km radius, 125$ up to a 50 km radius, and 250$ for up to a 100 km radius which includes a pick-up and drop-off at the same location. Hello, We hope you get as much enjoyment from "Evergreen" (our grand daughter named her) as we do. Our home on wheels sleeps 5 very comfortably and the dog too....The kids love the bunk beds, especially the ladder..Just bring your food, clothes and pillows... everything else is included....Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you stay more enjoyable. If you are not comfortable towing the trailer, we will gladly drop it off to a campsite of your choosing. Whether it's a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this little gem is the one for you.
