Dr. Seuss- Fun, maneuverable, modern, and good on gas 15-17 MPG!
5.0

Sleeps 4 • Class C

Woodland-Park, CO

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.” — Dr. Seuss We absolutely love this RV, and are sure you will also. Perfect for a couples get away, or to take the kids and pups. While this RV does have two beds and 4 seatbelts, the smaller bed is good for one large kid or two small ones. The best two features are the large slide out queen bed and a quiet, powerful diesel engine that gets an amazing 15-17 MPG! The Doc is the perfect size: spacious inside, but nimble enough to drive anywhere; my wife actually asks to take a turn driving :) We are an adventurous, mountain family who loves to camp and travel, so we know just what you need for the perfect getaway. For us, this is a little family run side business, so we try to add those special little touches you won't get from some big company. We only use organic, non-toxic, mostly homemade cleaning products just like we do in our own home, no stinky Lysol! We provide all linens and towels and wash them with the same care, usually dried on our clothesline in the back yard. We provide dishes, utensils, cups, and even a Keurig coffee for those cozy mornings. This year we are trying some fun new add-ons to make your trip everything you have dreamed of. We always include camp chairs at no charge, but now you can add a portable propane grill. Cleaning: To keep costs down, please return the RV in the condition it was received. Please make sure the outside is clean including removing bugs. The inside will need a general wipe down, and floors swept. Please make sure the kitchen is clean and any dishes or utensils are put away. You are not required to wash linens or towels. Tanks: To keep costs down, please return all tanks at the same level as when received. Gas = full Water = full Grey/black tanks = empty Propane = full We do offer these services in our add-on post trip fees if you would rather we take care of it or if you are just too busy having fun and forget or just run out of time.

Mark Twain, Fuel Efficient, Nimble & SUPER Slide!

Sleeps 6 • Class C

Woodland-Park, CO

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” -Mark Twain ***We just upgraded our already efficient RV with A legendary 5-Star engine programmer for even better gas mileage! Having owned many RV's over the years, I can tell you this new design with the Super Slide is a total game changer! It allows you to have a smaller, easy to drive rig, with lots of room when you park for the day. It drives like a car, and is small enough to fit almost anywhere. The three sleeping areas give you many options, with a large queen bed in the back, large bunk bed above the drivers seats, and the kitchen dinette converts easily into a bed also. This RV has everything you need to stay at your favorite campground, or adventure boondocking. It has all of the modern amenities you would expect, like a full bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heat, multiple power options, entertainment system, and a huge outdoor awning for relaxing in the shade. We are so thankful that you have taken the time to check out our families RV, and we look forward to meeting you and helping make your trip the best ever!

Braxton only weighs 2,360 lbs. making it easy to tow by all midsize SUVs and trucks through Colorado’s Rocky Mountains – Braxton pulls beautifully with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. On the interior, Braxton makes excellent use of the space by having an expanded "wet bath" with an integrated shower/toilet enclosure, double burner stove, 3-way fridge, microwave, radio, and a four-person dinette that turns into a queen-sized bed. There are also two bunk beds that are a little bigger than a twin-size bed.
