This travel trailer comes equipped with all the bells and whistles A nice full-size bathroom with large shower. The bath is clean and spacious. We provide you with towels and wash clothes if requested. Included is RV safe toilet paper, a floor mat, shampoo/cond. and soap. Later, enjoy a nice cocktail around the dinette that can sit up to 4 people, while your guests sit on the couch next to you. Turn on the electric FIREPLACE, TV, music, or enjoy a movie (we provide iPhone and Android connection adaptors) or choose from a few fun games that we have, while your partner cooks a tasty meal in our full kitchen with 3 burners, & microwave alongside a nice size 12 V refrigerator/freezer. Dinette turns into sleeping arrangements, as well as the couch. As you awake the next morning overlooking the beautiful ocean or lake view, enjoy your coffee outside under the beautiful trees or under the large awning while your partner makes pancakes on the outside grill, with fridge. There is a separate privacy room in the back of the RV, with room for 4. 2 bunks on the top, and a full bunk on the bottom, all of which will fold up, for extra room to move around or store extra things. (NEW) The primary suite provides a nice size queen bed with a LUXURY 3 inch cooling gel mattress topper, with room for your hangable clothing in our 2 closets, with plenty of storage in both the primary and guest suites. Easy Breezy to drive (I do) for me the best feature is the dual doors to the bathroom. Affords more privacy. Luscious High End mattress extra soft and long. The rest is about the contents provided: Beautiful spacious cabinets stow pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen knifes, plus plastic cutlery, toaster, coffee pot plus 8x10 mat for to be laid at entrance. All necessary water hoses and wi fi cable. Upon request with refundable deposit are folding chairs, pop up tent, hitch & bike rack (4 bike). Back up camera comes in handy and for novices 45 minute instruction before departure. I'm sure I forgot some things just call and we can chat!... An owner's supplemental renters agreement will be reviewed upon pickup. Happy Trails Oops! a lot of work goes into cleaning, sanitizing and prepping RV for each renter.
