The master suite has a queen size bed with separate TV and privacy sliding door. The sofa converts to a full-size bed and there's also a bunk above the driver and passenger. It's a great little camper that, weighing under 3500 lbs, can be pulled easily by just about any truck or SUV. For us, it's a perfect couples camper or a great size to bring a small child or 2 along. It will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the upgraded queen bed (not the short RV queen mattress), and it has a nice dinette that will fold down into a bed that can sleep an adult or 2 smaller children. It has a nice size bathroom and kitchen area with a large fridge to store plenty of food. It comes with all the amenities you need for an outing including an outdoor griddle, folding chairs, even a couple of yard games. It's easy to pull and can fit into just about any campground. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/incense of any substance or kind allowed. Any smell of such in the RV will result in the entire damage deposit being forfeited to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. Evidence of any pets/urine in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit too. No more than 10 people may stay in the RV. Normally we provide pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, washcloths, dish rags, etc. Because of Covid-19, we will NO LONGER be doing so until further notice. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, one paper towel roll and 2 rolls toilet paper. If your towing or driving the RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
