She comfortably sleeps 3 to 4 adults, with 4 seatbelts. Trixie is a smaller RV making her easy to drive and park just about anywhere, but large enough for a comfortable road trip or camp. The main murphy bed, almost full-size (46” x 77"), folds up against the wall to create open space and allow for extra storage. The second bed, the dinette converts into a almost full-size bed (42” x 77”). There is an indoor shower, along with outdoor hot/cold hook-ups for cleaning up kids or pets outdoors, or taking a warm outdoor shower. She also includes a small galley kitchen complete with 2 burner gas stove, sink, slide out counter space, storage, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Trixie has an ice-cold AC unit to cool the cabin, with a built in generator to use AC on the go! She also has cab AC, for cooling the vehicle while the engine is running. There is lots of storage space in the indoor cabinets, as well as under the murphy bed in the back. Trixie really is the perfect vehicle for going off-grid. If campgrounds are more your style, utilize the 30-amp plug-in capabilities. Whatever your adventure - Trixie is the perfect vehicle to take you there. Trixie is tailgate friendly. Beautiful, completely refinished camper! Very large, with lots of options for sleeping! This 43ft camper has 4 slide outs, which allows for a ton of space indoors on those rainy days! This camper sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Lay out: As you enter the camper to the left will be the large kitchen and dining room with a full island, stove, microwave, and full size fridge. Just past that is the spacious living room with an entertainment center and fire place. Entertainment center you will find a radio with access to blue tooth for indoor and outdoor speakers! The living room includes a queen size pull out couch. Just off the kitchen is a spare bedroom with a Futon and plenty of closet space! As you head back down the hall past the main door there will be a large loft area for children (or adults if they wish) to sleep! Just past the loft area there is a bathroom with a large shower! Past the bathroom is the master bedroom with a residential king size bed and a full size closet and dresser! The outside offers a full outdoor kitchen which includes a sink, stove top, and mini fridge! Jacks are not to be adjusted by the renter at anytime. No feminine hygiene products or any other material besides the tissue provided to be flushed down the toilet. Outside storage doors are required to be closed up at night, especially the kitchen. Awning is not covered by insurance, renter is responsible for any damages to the awning.No smoking of any kind. If smoking is suspected $250 fee will be charged.Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Max dogs allowed is 2. $35 fee required per dog for the stay.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with a standard mattress- a real upgrade from the thin camper mattresses! A bunkhouse in the middle of the camper has a couch that folds out into a double bed, and has a small bunk bed for a child. Large couch in the main living area folds out into a queen bed. Additional bonus queen bed above the mid bunk- sleeping bags are recommended for this one as it is somewhere between and queen and king sized bed, so linens don't fit it well. Full bathroom with larger shower and exhaust fan. Kitchen has a propane stove and oven, microwave, center island, and FULL SIZE residential side by side refrigerator. Large pantry for food storage, and additional storage above the seating in the living room. Dinette with 4 movable chairs. Ceiling fan, electric fireplace for additional heat or just to add ambience, ceiling fan and 3 TV's (living room+ DVD, bunkhouse & master bedroom). Indoor/ outdoor sound system. Washer/dryer.
