The mid area has a living room , full bathroom , and kitchen area ! The couch and table both also make beds. Comfortably sleep 8-10. Camper comes with all the basic necessities. A toaster, coffeemaker , various plates, Bowls, utensils. Also a variety of disposable items for your use. Also included is toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap. Just bring you personal care items and linens!

Huge family friendly fifth wheel. Has front living and rear king bedroom with a bunk house in the middle. There’s also a loft above the bunk house with access from kitchen area. The living room has 3 couches and 2 of them pull out into beds.
Jo-jo's travel trailer is a cozy home away from home. The queen sized bed is the main sleeping area that has a privacy curtain so you can hide away from the rest of the unit. Jo-jo made sure there was more sleeping areas available. The dinette and the sofa both convert into twin beds. Great for a couple or a couple and a child or two. We do allow responsible use of the awning and include 4 folding camp chairs to enjoy the outside. The outdoor speakers and outside fridge give you even more to enjoy. If using the awning at night, the colorful led lighting is sure to enhance the mood. When coming back from the sandy beach or muddy hike, Jo-jo does ask that you make use of the outside shower to avoid tracking sand or mud into the unit. One of the great things about this unit is it's weight. The trailer has a dry weight of 4015 lbs. and a Gvwr of 6250 lbs. The hitch weight is 505 lbs. This lower weight makes it a towable unit that you do not need to have a 1 ton truck for . A 1/2 ton truck, not to mention several SUV's can handle this rig. (Please verify your vehicle's capabilities before booking.) A weight distribution hitch with bars and anti-sway bar is included with every rental. This beautiful new 5th wheel sleeps up to 9 people COMFORTABLEY!! With 2-fold out beds, 1 top bunk, and a loft featuring two beds plenty large enough for the little ones to sleep and play in topped off with a master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, full dresser, personal TV, and KING SIZE BED!! One of the few homes on wheels you will find that can literally bring the home kitchen with you. The kitchen has a deep sink, a residential refrigerator AND stove/oven with full sized microwave above. A designated pantry, with a wine rack located just above the microwave. After a long day outside this is the perfect rv to go back relax with inside with power recliners with heat and massaging, or outside with the marine speakers for the local games or radio and two large awnings (Just in case of a little rainy day!) with an outdoor Blackstone griddle sitting right next to your very own mini fridge. When the evening is over you can go inside for a shower with beautiful sliding glass doors, and plenty of space to move around in. Set up and tear down are extremely quick and easy with auto leveling and light weight jack pads. This means no fighting to get the camper level, just push a button and watch it do its thing!! Everything about this RV is meant to make your trip the most enjoyable and bring all amenities with you. Its only missing one thing......YOU!!
