The bunkhouse is spacious enough for adults and children alike and supports up to 300 lbs. on both the top and the bottom. Each bed has its own set of USB outlets to charge all of your devices. The dinette set conveniently converts into a lounge area as well for additional sleeping space. There is a 32" smart TV that comes equipped with all of your favorite apps. The TV can also be mounted on the outdoor mount if you'd rather enjoy your favorite movies and shows in the outdoors. The kitchen boasts a sizeable home-style fridge and freezer as well as a two-burner stove and vent. On the outside, you'll find a retractable outdoor flattop grill and a minifridge, perfect for cooking breakfast or burgers outside. The electronic retractable awning helps provide shade or shelter from the rain, and its LED lights help set the perfect camping ambiance. There is also an exterior shower to help with rinsing off after a day in the wilderness or relaxing on the beach! 2022 Shasta 18bh is great for a small family that wants to have a weekend get away. This has everything you need for a great camping experience: awning, stove, oven, full bath room, and outdoor shower. Sleeps approximately 5-6 people. It has 1 queen bed, a bunk bed, and the kitchen table turns into a bed. Even has plenty of storage in the cabinets and under the beds. Camping in the summer you’ll stay cooled off with the A/C and in the winter you’ll be toasty warm on those cold nights with the heater. Our camper is the perfect size for getting close to nature without having to give up some of the comforts of home like heat and air conditioning, hot and cold running water, and soft sleeping spaces. Plus, just about any full-size truck, SUV or van can tow it! (We have a weight distribution system and sway bar that can be borrowed if you will be towing.) This camper is ideal for 2 adults plus children/teens. There is 1 double bed and 2 single bunks. The dinette (in the slide out) can be converted to a sleeping space as well if you need a little more room. Linens and pillows will be provide for all these spaces. We have a two burner Coleman stove for outdoor cooking and plenty of utensils for campfire cooking. If you need to cook indoors, the kitchenette gives you two more propane burners and a microwave oven. And while you may want coolers for your ice and drinks, you won't have to worry about your food getting wet because there's a good-sized refrigerator and freezer for your use as well. We also have a ton of extras that'll make your outdoor time more enjoyable including a propane fire pit, 4 chairs, a hammock with stand, and a 10x10 canopy. The RV features indoor and outdoor TVs which have the option of cable or streaming over wi-fi, if offered at the campground or resort. The full queen bed in the master bedroom has a sliding privacy door, there is a dinette bed, and a full queen bed in the forward loft, which has a 750-lb capacity and power lift. Overall sleeps comfortably 4 adults and 1-2 small children. Two AC units will keep you cool when connected to 50-amp service. The kitchen has a large sink, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and the kitchen area is stocked with kitchenware for 8 people. Skillets, pans, coffeemaker, crockpot, air fryer, small George Foreman grill, toaster, countertop ice machine, bed linens, blankets, and towels are present for your use. Bed pillows are available by request at no extra charge. An outdoor gas grill is available along with a 2'x4' folding table. Outdoor sink and refrigerator are also available. Cleaning supplies, broom, mop, spices and herbs, toilet paper, leveling blocks, cornhole game, and indoor games are provided. A full freshwater tank will be provided upon request. Due to the high cost of repair and extended downtime due to damage, the use of the awning will not be permitted. No towing is allowed. No smoking or pets are allowed inside the RV or an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be incurred. If returned without fuel refilled, a charge of $30 plus fuel cost will be charged. Failure to refill propane will incur a $50 charge plus cost of propane. Lost/stolen keys: $150. Black & gray tank disposal penalty fee: $75. You can keep your rental cost down by dumping the sewer and refilling fuel prior to return. We clean and sanitize between rentals following CDC guidelines.
