Meet Allison, one of our Trust & Safety Managers.

What's your name and job title?

Hey, I'm Ally Biewald. I'm a trust and safety manager here at RVezy.

What are your responsibilities?

I deal with lots of different insurance claims and disputes that come in throughout our rental period. So basically any kind of new cases that we have to resolve in regards regards to incidents that happened during the rental period, that's kind of where I step in.

What's a typical day like for you?

Typical day walk in, see my colleagues, meet and greet, essentially just have some conversations with our team, answer any questions in regards to new disputes or insurance claims that come in. And we collaborate together and basically just try to resolve as much as we can in a single day.

How's the culture?

Love RVezy for the people and the culture that we've created here.It's very laid back.Work hard, play hard, and you can't really compete with that. It's been great.We're working here.
