This traveling home away from home, can comfortably sleep 6 larger adults or a mixed clan of adults and smaller kids, up to 10 people. The large dinette slide-out provides for a specious living area with comfortable seating, dining and entertainment space. Our beautiful "Land Yacht" is also pet friendly and thoroughly cleaned between each rental. For your added convenience and enjoyment. Additional items supplied free of charge and not listed under the "amenities section", we include the following. -Dishes, (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, large bowls) -Cooking pots and pans (for indoor use only) -Cutlery and cooking utensils, indoor and BBQ -Blender "for sunset cocktail hour" -Keurig coffee maker, also a stove top kettle if you didn't bring coffee pods -Supply of toilet paper (suitable for black water tank "in moderation") -Ice cube trays -Basic cleaning supplies (Spray cleaners, dish soap, household wipes, trash bags, broom, paper towels (2 rolls), grill cleaning spray) -Marsh mellow/Hotdog camp fire holders. The initial cleaning charge when booking the trailer, is for us to prepare and sanitize the trailer for your trip. Cancelations policy: If renter cancels 1) More than 30 days from start date - Full refund minus the RVezy service fee an tax. 2) Between 30 days and 8 days - 50% of rental amount, no refund on RVezy service fee and tax. 3) 7 days or less - No refund on rental amount, or RVezy service fee and tax. Add-ons will be fully refunded regardless of timing, including cleaning fee, insurance and roadside assistance. We just picked up our brand new trailer last summer (May 2022) and want to share the fun with you! Everything is in perfect working order. We have sway bars so you can feel safe towing this behind an SUV. Full kitchen, supplied with utensils, pots, dishes, microwave, blender, air fry oven, garbage cans/bags etc. We’ve upgraded the Queen stock mattress to a genuine mattress for ultimate comfort. Also includes double size bunkbeds. Table will convert into a single bed as well. Linens provided. Indoor shower in the bathroom for camping convenience. Trailer drop off and pickup provided to your camp spot of choice can be arranged. If you are needing drop/off or pick up but your location is just outside one of the thresholds (for example, if you need it towed 115km from London) please message and we can discuss a custom price. Please book a full service site. I will take care of septic emptying in all circumstances. Absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted in or near the trailer.
