Bring your own linens (pillows, blankets, towels, tea towels etc.) and disposable items such as paper plates and cups. Please refrain from smoking inside the trailer. Additional fees of $250 will be charged if this rule is broken. Please use septic safe toilet paper. One septic pump out at end of your stay. Fee is mandatory. (see add-ons). Any additional pump out during your stay is the renters responsibility.

All cooking facilities, toilet and both an indoor and outdoor shower. Note: the A/C requires a 30Amp hookup. If you won’t have one, you can add the generator option to the rental. Also, although the trailer is rated for 6, it is best for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Standard delivery time is 4pm, pickup approx. 11am. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning off the sand, mud, dirt, etc before heading inside, where you will find an indoor shower and toilet. The electric awning opens and closes with ease, providing a nice shaded area beside the outdoor bluetooth speakers! Speakers located both inside and outside can provide music or enhance your movies (played on your own device). Huge fridge and freezer will hold all you food for a week long trip.
