Up for rental is my 2019 Heartland Prowler Lynx bumper pull travel trailer. This camper can sleep four comfortably with two in the main bedroom and two in the oversized dinette. The rear sofa will fold down into a bed as well for a small child. The rear floor space can accommodate a blow up mattress and sleep at least two more adults if desired. The spacious rear living area with the slide out is what attracted me to this camper when I was looking to purchase a camper. The spacious living/entertainment area and the large windows with excellent views makes for a very enjoyable camping experience without feeling cramped. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range and microwave, freezer / refrigerator. Plenty of cabinet space for groceries and dishes, cooking utensils. The oversized dinette will accommodate at least four people for meals. The bathroom has a corner shower with an upgraded high pressure shower head. The front bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with an upgraded mattress. Lots of storage with the overhead cabinet and in the under bed storage. Ducted heat and AC throughout the whole camper to keep you cozy warm or cool depending on the season. Moving outside we have an outside gas range and a refrigerator. There's also an outside shower on the driver side of the camper if needed. There's also a large pass-through storage area at the front of the camper. The camper comes equipped with all of your hoses for sewer and freshwater hookup. I will provide a weight distribution hitch for your towing needs upon request. This camper's driveway is 6,600 lb and can be towed by most of your half ton pickup trucks. Relax. Take some time off and get out. This thing has been amazing for us. It sleeps so good. The air blows cool and the heat will warm the camper up almost immediately. We carry it with our 2020 Ram 1500 like it’s nothing. Easy to operate and set up. I will bring it to your location for setup too for a fee.

Trailer is 21 ft total and can be towed by a small truck or SUV. Great first time travel trailer or for the couple that wants to get away together. Pets are welcome. Automatic awning. All scissor jacks have been removed to provide additional ground clearance. Replacement jacks are included. No smoking allowed. Due to the sewage being down and not operating we are offering this unit at a discounted price. Water still works and has no problems.

There will be approximately 600lbs of gear and other stuff in the camper. Camper must not exceed the rating of your truck. And the truck must be in good mechanical condition including the tires.
