Our Trailer gives us the opportunity to spend quality time out in nature camping, with all the comforts of home. The interior is roomy and convenient. There's plenty of sleeping and living space to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped, including a large pantry and fridge. Even the bathroom is accommodating to plus sized folks! Outside we have camp chairs and a nice propane fire pit. We provide a folding table with a table top burner if you'd rather cook outside. There's also a 6 x 9 rug to help keep the dust down and an outdoor shower for "pre-cleaning". Our trailer would also make a great "spare bedroom" for company, or an amazing base camp for exploring the wonders around this area.

If you want to experience “The great outdoors” without experiencing some of the discomfort of traditional camping, then you need to experience our Cactus Flower! Our trailer is a 2021 Jayco Jayflight 27 footer and features a plethora of amenities! It has a slide out kitchenette with mini fridge which allows you to cook outdoors in the open to further your experience with Mother Nature. Indoor/outdoor speakers that can connect to your phone via Bluetooth to play your favorite playlist and create an ambiance while around the campfire. There is also an outdoor shower so you can wash yourself off if you got a little too crazy having fun! The inside of the trailer has all the comforts of home with air conditioning/heating, larger fridge/freezer to keep all your food fresh and an over-sized bathroom and shower so you don’t feel too claustrophobic. There is also a TV if you really wanna feel at home! We fit our family of 5 inside with room to spare and if you have a couple of littles you should be able to sleep 7 easily. And LAST but certainly not the LEAST: I will take care of emptying the black/gray water tanks so that YOU DON’T HAVE TO!!!! (Who wants to do that at the end of their vacation anyway?;)

Private master bed features furnished king size bed, doors on each side; overhead, side and underbed storage. Convenient USB charging ports on either side of bed. Additional room at rear of Trailer can sleep 4, with 2 furnished elevated beds each with their own lighting and 2 futons that can be folded into chairs or laid out as mattresses, USB charging ports also close by. Stack drawer to the left of sink is stocked with silverware; butter knives, spoons, and forks: basic cooking utensils; knife, spatula, ladel, grater, can opener, cheese slicer and also cups. Under sink cabinet has pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups and colander. Everything you need to enjoy your stay with nature. The large TV screen can be pulled out from wall to angle towards Sofa and dinette giving you the freedom to sit back and enjoy your favorite show. Restroom with shower, vanity, sink,and toilet has outside as well as inside access. When you have had a day of fun in the sand, dust or water this outside door takes you straight to where you're headed. Stocked with hand soap, towels and tissue, you shouldn't be left stranded. Outdoor kitchen has lots of counterspace, fridge and griddle which connects to propane system, also there is covering from the rain providing a great way to enjoy the fun outdoors. Large electric awning with LED lighting brightens your campsite as you sit out under the stars and still enjoy each other's faces. The outside sprayer is a great way to spray off muddy boots or kids. Trailer has a 30 AMP power supply, 2 propane tanks, two batteries, 44gal water storage tank, city water hookup, electric jacks and stabilizers. Pet Fee and Cleaning Pet Fee will be added to the bill if, upon return, the pet's hair and trace elements are found inside the motorhome. 7. There will be a $300 fee if the motorhome is returned extremely dusty/dirty/stained. 8. Not available for towing. 9. This Motorhome requires the renter to purchase the platform insurance.
