It comes with bedding, a power cord for hook-up, kitchenware, two camp chairs, and an outdoor carpet.

If you are having the RV delivered to a site without a sewer hookup, then the fee will increase to $150 to allow for dumping the black and grey tanks upon pickup. If the RV is delivered to a site with a sewer hookup or dump station, then the fee is simply $100. Fresh Water Tank: $25 You only need this option if you are dry camping without a water hookup.
