34 ft, easy to drive coach that sleeps 8 (combination of children and adults). Requires no special license or training to drive. Great storage inside and under coach. King size bed, bunk house, over the driver's cabin sleeping, couch and table beds as well. A great way to have fun and make wonderful memories. Coach includes everything you need to spend your days having adventures. Perfect for a trip with family and friends, a short getaway, a cross country adventure, tailgating or overflow for a large gathering at a home. Only dogs welcome with a $50 pet deposit and prior approval. No pit bulls due to insurance reasons. The coach is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, 3 burner stove, outdoor shower, tv and radio, 3 inside televisions with roku sticks, and road-side safety kit. Bedding is furnished if requested, all other linens provided. Kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, flatware, glasses and basic pots and pans. Bathroom is stocked with RV safe toilet paper, hand soap and RV toilet cleaning supplies. Safety features of coach include back up and side mirror cameras, as well as tire monitoring pressure system. Also includes GPS tracker. Manual included for easy reference. Once you book with us, we will gladly send you a list of what is included and recommendations of what you might want to bring. Coach is deep cleaned after each trip. All linens and bedding are washed on highest heat setting with Oxi, all kitchen items are cleaned and stored till next rental. If coach is not returned in satisfactory condition, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed. Must dump sewage tanks prior to returning coach and return with a full tank of gas as it will be full upon pickup. Unlimited milage and generator use. We are the Flowers family and we want to invite you to our one of a kind travel trailer. Our camper is extremely light and can be towed by almost any vehicle. Our Coleman has premium upgraded mattresses for an amazing night sleep. We also include everything you will need to get the camper set up quick and easy once you arrive at your site. We strive ourselves on taking the time to walk you through the setup and features of the camper to make sure your trip is relaxing and enjoyable. We have experience with many campers and this one is by far the most relaxing of them all. Driving to the site is a breeze with its ultra lite design, backing the camper in to a spot is extremely easy with its minimal length, Electric jack and awning set up effort less, supplies organized and separated into individual bins for ease of access, ice cold A/C in the summer and warm and toasty fire place in the winter. Every aspect of our camper is geared toward making sure your trip is relaxing and enjoyable. When booking make sure to add-on your bed set requirements so we will include them in the camper prior to your departure. The bed sets are free but we include them as add-ons to make sure you have ample storage for any other items needed. We are happy to welcome pets, with a few rules. Please make sure any pets left in the trailer are securely crated when left alone. Pets must also be potty trained and trusted by their owners.

This brand new 2021 Cherokee Wolf Pup will make all of your dreams come true. Want to have an adventure but aren't feeling like a tent? Are your kids warming up to the outdoors but still want to be a bit connected (you know they want their devices!)? Do you need a smaller camper that is CRAZY easy to pull? Does this sound like you? If so you will LOVE this camper. The Wolf Pup can sleep up to 6 with a queen bed for the adults (with a privacy curtain), bunk beds, and a dinette that even I can stretch out in. Really. Of course we know you want to do more than sleep so there is also a Smart TV, USB ports everywhere, and plenty of storage space for all your toys, gadgets, or whatever you take when you head out into the woods. There is heat for the cool times and a powerful AC for the hot summer days down here in the south. We also allow dogs up to 25 pounds! On top of this the camper has a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, propane stove, a HUGE fridge, utensils, plates/cups/silverware, and (bc you need to wake up in the morning) a coffee maker. Don't worry about linens because we have you covered there as well (without charging you more $ for them!). And you can even invite your friends to stay the night if you want because the dinette, pullout sofa bed, bunk beds and front overhead bunk will provide some extra sleeping space. Clean up is a breeze in a washer/dryer also included... - No special Driver License needed - Allowable miles and generator usage are based on paid nights. So if you paid for three nights than you get 3 times the allowable usage of the generator and mileage, etc. Charges will accrue for any usage over that as per the listed amount. BASIC RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
