Power bunks - this is a very unique feature which allows the bunks to be hidden when not in use. Power awning making set up as easy as the touch of a button. Large bathroom - Unusually large bathroom that is as wide as the camper. Sleeps up to 10 people with 2 bunks that can be lowered over couch and dinette, dinette and soft convert to beds, 1 queen bed. Our 22 ft travel trailer was bought brand-new with love to enjoy the outdoors and bring families together! In our camper you will find two double bunks in the back (almost the size of a queen bed) with the bathroom to the right and a queen size bed for the master up front, in the middle of the camper we have a very large window nestled directly beside our booth style dining area which is across from the fully stocked kitchen with a wonderful deep farmhouse sink (rare find for a camper)! Outside you can sit under our state of the art push button awning with wonderful blue led lights for an awesome ambiance at night time, on the other side of the camper you will also find an outdoor shower.

Let our like new 2019 Forest River Vibe 33BH be your family's home away from home! This spacious travel trailer has sleeping for seven with a RV queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 bunks in the spacious 2 slide out bunk house, convertible dinnette and sleeper loveseat in the large main cabin. The Vibe has a fully equipped kitchen on the inside. Two air conditioners and a furnace keep the inside comfortable. There are two TV's and a stereo to enjoy. A full bath completes the interior. The cooking can continue on the outside with an induction cooktop, mini fridge and sink! The 18ft awning provides shade and protection from those summer showers! Speaking of showers, there is an outdoor one as well. There are speakers and a TV cable outlet for outdoor entertainment. This is a pet friendly RV. Overall length is 38', cabin length is 33' Weight distribution hitch available upon request. You must have your own electronic brake controller! One tank of propane per rental is provided. Any additional is the responsibility of the renter. We also have a generator for use for an extra fee!

Microwave works w/electric hook-up. Fridge works on electric or propane. 8 hours to get really cold. Ample cupboard space. BATHROOM: Bathroom has a shower, tub, full-length mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet & sink, but it's a tight squeeze. (You can wash your hands after you go to the bathroom w/out worrying about what's in the kitchen sink! This is great if you are immunocompromised and/or health conscious.) Roof fan vent in bathroom. Hot water runs on propane/battery & works great! It is a small tank, so if you don't have hookup, keep showers short. 2023 Pioneer Travel Trailer. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. Max weight fully loaded 6900 pounds. length overall is just over 32 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum. 50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. One Small Pet is Allowed and Needs to have its own Kennell. NO SMOKING of anykind Allowed in Camper. If you are not comfortable towing, please use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing, plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV with appropriate towing capacity, must have 7 pin plug. It is recommended to have a trailer brake system. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250. ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day) All Campsites must have full hookups at the site for the camper. If not, proper equipment will need to be rented along with the camper for the safety of the camper. A septic dump fee of $60 will be added.
