All linens and pillows are supplied for the beds as well as the towels for the bathroom. I have the camper kitchen stocked with most necessities you would want such as: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, K-Cup single serve coffee maker, coffee mugs, air fryer, crockpot, and mini waffle & pancake maker. I supply the septic safe toilet paper for the camper as well. I also have a smart tv installed in the living room area and another installed in the main bedroom. There are some campgrounds with poor cell service so I do have one dvd player and a assortment of DVDs just in case. I also include the outdoor necessities such as: outdoor rug, chairs, and table.

The dinette can seat 4 for a meal or fold down to sleep 2 children or a small adult. The comfy bedroom has a true QUEEN sized (60x80”) bed to sleep 2 with a large storage space under the mattress. The bed includes linens, comforter and 2 pillows. The night stands have USB and electric outlets to keep electronics charged over night. The bedroom has a second smart TV mounted to the wall. Lots of storage to either hang or fold clothes. Additional space for a cot or air mattress is available in the living room area if more sleeping room is needed (neither provided). The living room and bedroom TVs are designed to show separate programming if desired. The kitchen has everything you need, including 2 pans, silverware and utensil kit as well as 4 plates, bowls, cups and towels. The spacious kitchen has lots of cupboard and draw space to store belongings. The bathroom has a lovely stand up shower with a sky light and fan. 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes and 1 roll of biodegradable toilet paper included. There are hot/cold hook ups for outdoor shower as well. To enhance the outdoor ambiance and cook some tasty BBQ, you can enjoy the outdoor grill and refrigerator under the retractable awning. Outdoor TV hook up available. The travel trailer is equipped with many safety features including 2 entrances, 2 ABC fire extinguishers and 2 safety windows located at either end of the camper. Basic cleaning supplies included such as 1 roll of paper towel, Lysol wipes and small broom and dust pan. We will do a walk-through when picking up the unit, the trailer will have been gone through between each use to ensure everything is good for your adventure! We also disinfect the camper after each use to ensure the next renter has a clean camping experience. We provide all necessary, power cords and hoses for the campsite, including a surge protector. Moving to the outside of the camper we include (4) camping chairs, outdoor rug and cooler to make your stay a little more comfortable. You can choose to cook inside with full amenities, or if the outdoors are calling you can choose to move outside and make use of the outside kitchen equipped with mini fridge and two burner stove. There is a spray off station with quick connect hose by the entry door to spray off before entering if needed and an outdoor shower hook up near the front. Keypad locks on outside doors for convenience, so no need to keep up with keys at all times. We also have a Furion camera system set up all the way around the camper with 4 cameras including back up camera to make pulling and backing the camper a breeze. Take the monitor in at night as an outside security system. This is a great camper for a long weekend getaway. Whether it’s floating the springs or seeing your favorite band at Suwannee Music Park this wilL provide the best experience. The camper sleeps 5 comfortably with the queen bed,2 bunks and converted dinette. Speaking of comfort, with the tempurpedic mattress topper, you’ll never want toget out of bed. I also provide everything you could need. The camper comes with linens, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs….the list goes on. There are even “at no charge” tubes if you find yourself at the springs!
