This is a 32' camper with two slide outs. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Queen bed located in a separate bedroom with door and a pull-out sofa. We include fresh linens (bedding and towels), pillows, cookware, paper plates, silverware, Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite pods), toaster. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and comes equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. The living area is comforted by an electric fireplace sitting below the TV, and stereo system that includes radio, CD and DVD player. Also includes a pull-out couch that sleeps and a double reclining love seat. Kitchen area includes a table with two bench seats (storage underneath both bench seats), a sink with a new faucet, microwave, gas stove and oven with fan, refrigerator with freezer that runs on propane or electric. The all-important and very essential A/C keeps you nice and cool during our Florida summers or flip on the cozy heat for those occasional winter nights. Air conditioner / heat has a new digital thermostat. Outdoor Power Retractable Awning is attached for your outdoor pleasure. Thank you for your interest in our RV. We've named it Moose the minute we got it because of how large it was. But quickly became very cozy and just the right size. This Class A motorhome is an amazing piece of equipment with everything you would need for an extended camping trip or just a weekend getaway. It comes equipped with a king size mattress in the bedroom, ton of space for organizing your clothes, storage underneath the bed and TV in the bedroom. There are two bunk beds for kids that are absolutely awesome, equipped with tablet holders, and USB ports for charging. The Kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, range/oven (Gas), storage above and underneath and good amount of cabinet/drawer space. Kitchen is fully equipped, ready for cooking. Living Room areas has a ton of room at the Dinette and Couch, both of which turn into sleeping areas at night. There is also a bunk bed over the driver/passenger seats that lowers down and can support up to 500lbs. Kids love this space too, comes easily accessible with a ladder. There are a total of 3 entertainment areas: Master Bedroom, Dinette, and an OUTDOOR TV right under the awning for those amazing evening family movie nights. Welcome to our luxury Rv ,This Rv has a king size bed in the master bedroom with sliding doors on each side for privacy and their own tv and Storage space and Night tables on each side.The next room has a sofa that converts into a queen size bed and bunk beds with their own tv and Storage space. The kitchen does have a dining table plates and utensils ,cups , coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven ,pans, dining area, sofa area with a 50 inch tv in the living room. Hi! Our Georgetown comes ready for all your adventures whether at a camp ground or boonedocking by the gulf, it's capable of doing a week or more of grid. The main saloon has porcelain tile and dining area with all that you need to make a gourmet meal and the fridge is a full size residentialwith water and ice. Three livingroom has a sectional and a recliner. There's 1 smart TV in the salon and there's TV's in the bedroom and outside with surround stereo inside and an outside stereo. The bedroom is has a real queen mattress and not a cheap RV one! The bathroom is large and has a porcelain toilet with foot flush. There are 2 roof ac's to keep you cool. I've made big improvements in the suspension (Sumo Springs and sway bar.) It only has 35K miles and new tires. With all 3 slides out, it's feels super large and so much more then you'll get with a hotel room!
