We have a 30 foot travel trailer bunk house, perfect for sharing with family and friends! It has two full sized bunks (300lb capacity each) a kitchen table that seats 4 and converts to a bed, and a queen sized master bed. The shower has a small bath, perfect for little kids! The kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, three eye range, an oven, and a microwave. Stored away are a small coffee maker, a toaster, a small crockpot, plates, bowls, utensils, and pots and pans. We do all the towing, hook ups, leveling, stocking, prepping, set up and break down to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy your stay. During your stay you will enjoy complimentary coffee, coffee pot, tea, plush bathroom towels and soft sheets and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal including a dual burner gas range, toaster oven, microwave, cooking accessories, dining sets and utensils. The light and bright bathroom has two skylights, unlimited hot water thanks to a tankless hot water heater and a handheld, adjustable shower head. Included is a queen sized memory foam mattress, twin sized mattress (dining converts to bed), dining area, smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, stereo with built in speakers, USB port and bluetooth, lots of storage space including a full closet for hanging clothes or storing your gear, fully functional kitchen and an indoor bathroom with unlimited hot water. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit. This RV is DELIVERY ONLY. Shelter kept 26 foot Coachmen Freedom Express. I rent about eight times a year so it is in great shape. No slide. Sleeps two adults in queen bed and two kids in bunks or dinette bed. More than four gets crowded but it is doable. I offer a coleman camp stove for outside cooking.
