For the convivence of boondocking, it has a 27 gallon fresh water holding tank. 13 gallon waste/black tank and a 13 gallon waste/grey tank. We want you to have the best experience possible without the hassle of bringing everything so we have included: silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, hand soap, towels (kitchen/bath/washcloths), pillows and linen. The bathroom is equipped with hot water shower, bidet on toilet. Towels and wash cloths are all included as well. While outside, you will enjoy our outdoor kitchen that includes 2 gas burners, an outdoor refrigerator, electric griddle and electric burner. Also an assortment of grilling utensils. There are 2 spray ports that can be used to rinse off, one on the back and the one on the side has hot water as well. At night there are LED lights above the doors and on the front of the camper. Booking must have at minimum 30A hookup or be rented with one of our generators. Insurance DOES NOT COVER AWNING or any awning parts. Use of awning is not allowed and will be disabled. Any and all damage to the awning while in your possession is the responsibility of the renter. Most damage to awnings exceed the deposit amount. No Smoking Inside- If we suspect that anyone smoked inside the RV, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit. Empty the septic tanks before returning. Returning the RV with waste in the black water tank will result in $100 being deducted from your security deposit. Remember to fuel up before check-in. Returning the RV with less fuel then when it was checked out will result in $6 deducted from your security deposit for every gallon required to refill.
