Our camper is rated to sleep six; two in the front bedroom's queen sized bed, two on a full out sofa in the living room, and two more on a second pull out sofa in the living room. The camper is clean and in outstanding condition. Please bring all linens, pillows and bedding needed. The unit comes fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster oven. A 5th wheel receiver must be installed in the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle must be adequetly rated to tow the trailer. All others should select the option for delivery by paying the $75 delivery fee. This fee covers the cost to deliver the unit up 30 miles from the Harlem, GA post office and set the unit up for your stay. 2018 keystone crossfire bullet is a lightweight travel trailer. The dry weight is 3800 lbs. It features sleeping room for six people. It has two bunks in the rear, a Murphy bed in the front that doubles as a sofa during the day and bed for night, and a booth dinette. Wardrobes and power outlets on both sides of the sofa/Murphy bed. Relax in your provided outside chairs under the electric awning while listening to your favorite music on the bluetooth stereo. Outside rugs and two chairs are provided. Coffee maker, toaster oven, pots/pans, bed linens, pillows, and extras provided. Unit also has a outside shower with hot and cold water for those sandy beach days with the kids. This rig is easy to setup and take down. Pickup and drop off times are flexible. Delivery and setup options are available depending on my schedule. If you are interested in delivery just reach out. Delivery and set up available! 2021 Pioneer BH250. The dry weight is roughly 5000 pounds and just under 7000 pounds if you load it to the max. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit. This RV is DELIVERY ONLY. The included Tablet connects to the LevelMate Pro and optional Mobile Brake Controller. The kitchen is fully stocked, a Weber grill and stand are complimentary , and sheets and linens are included. What are you waiting for? If you tow the Lance bunkhouse, your tow vehicle must be able to handle 6,000 lbs.
