You will enjoy the privacy of a queen bed and spacious bathroom. You will be able to store all your clothing, shoes, and accessories in the many storage compartments. There will be plenty of space for your favorite travel snacks in the pantry and fridge. You will feel safe on the road while using the adjustable rear view camera. Our RV is a 2019 Jayco Redhawk. It comfortably sleeps eight adults, or six adults and four kids (2 kids using couch and table each). We offer a reasonably priced option for a family getaway. We try to be competitive in our pricing so our guests can afford to make memories. We do not charge extra for mileage or generator time. We prefer our guests to spend time making memories rather than worrying about extra charges! Unlike many listings you will find everything you need in our RV. We have it stocked with blankets and linens for each bed, shower towels, kitchen and bathroom towels, dishes, pots/pans, utensils for eating and cooking. There is a coffee maker and coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies. Often, there is extra bug spray and sunscreen left from previous adventures. The RV features a full kitchen and bathroom, two TVs, a DVD player for the main TV, Amazon fire hookups on each TV (use personal logins), ample storage space in closets and drawers and an outdoor shower. Because we want all guests to have an enjoyable experience, we do not allow smoking or pets inside the RV. This prevents our RV from having damage as well as ensures future guests don't have allergy or odor issues. When you pick up the RV the propane and gas tank will be filled. Often we have back to back bookings and have little time to clean and prepare for guests, so we do ask that guest refill both gas and propane prior to drop off. In the case we have to fill out we will use the deposit and may charge a handling fee.

Our camper the "Recharging Station" is a joy to use. There is a short queen bed up front; A dinette seating for 4 that converts to a bed, where two small children could sleep or one adult; a double bed in back with a single bunk above it. Rear bathroom has tub/shower, toilet with a sink/vanity and mirror/med cabinet just outside the bath. Plenty of storage area to take gear. Includes cookware, dishes, linens/towels. Delivery and set up available and our only method. It's not very often I let someone else tow as they usually do not have the experience it takes. The camper is perfect for a small family or like us, grandparents taking the grands with. You’re welcome to use our stash of inside and outside games, folding chairs. Will do less than 3 day min & depends on circumstances. Also am very flexible on times to deliver and pick up. Ask me for more details.

Couch folds to bed as well as the table. Connect your phone with Hotspot to the TV after a great day outdoors and relax and fall asleep. Awning is electronic. Music can be played inside and outside with the radio or connect to it via Bluetooth and choose your favorite Playlist. Camping chairs included up to 4. Fire starters(10 free per booking), lighter, and Blackstone grill provided There is an outdoor fridge as well for easy access along with the fridge and freezer inside. For any deliveries of travel trailer you will need to add on emptying septic for $30. **If tanks are not emptied upon return to destination while you tow is $135.00 **Nightly rate will increase $85/night for Iowa State Fair. Main living room has a fold down couch that will sleep 2 children or 1 adult easily. It would also sleep 2 smaller adults. Dining room table folds down to sleep 2 smaller kids or 1 older child. Rear bedroom has 2 off floor beds and 1 fold out cube sofa that is on the floor. Because of the slideout, an air mattress will also fit comfortably here. Tv, and dvd player provided.
