Caravana de Koch is a 2018 Keystone, Springdale 280BH that comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Sleeping The bedroom has a queen bed, along with two twin beds in the bunk house portion. The rig has a jack knife couch that folds out for a bed and the dinette also makes into a bed. All beds come with a clean set of linens and an extra set because we know accidents happen. Kitchen Caravana de Koch comes with all of the features below. We also include a LP Coleman grill that uses the small 1 lb propane bottles (we include 1 full bottle). 11 cu. ft. 12V Everchill refrigerator .9 cu. ft. microwave 3-burner gas stove and 17" oven and low profile range hood Large Pantry Pressed kitchen countertops Single basin undermount sink w/cutting board cover High-rise kitchen faucet Booth dinette Do-More free-standing table Other The rig also comes with an outdoor shower. Camper rental and campground, all in one price. This pop-up camper is situated in a beautiful wooded area at Lake Georgia Sue in Ottawa Kansas. The unit is not available for travel, but only for use at our site. But that's good news, because our site is fabulous. The campsite is quite secluded, and yet it is not too far away from an 8 acre lake full of fish, The Flint hills bike trail that goes for hundreds of miles, horseback riding, hayrides, RC boats, kayaking, and all the fun a kid could have. And adults for that matter. The area is full of nature. Daily visits by bald eagles, deer, squirrels, beavers, heron, and geese and ducks. The property also boasts a pleasant petting zoo with pet pigs, goats, ponies, and calves. There is a clubhouse, soccer field, and play ground. The camper has an inside shower and bathroom.. addition there are hot camper showers a 10-minute walk away. Lights and light electric are provided by 12 volt solar panels, and heavy electric is provided by a generator, so you can stay cool or warm or whichever you need. Site comes with some chairs, a fire pit, and enough free wood for your first fire. Additional firewood is available for a very reasonable fee. This is definitely a family atmosphere, but one where you can enjoy seclusion as well. There are no campers within sight. You can see the entire property on Hipcamp. We hope you can join us.

This Freelander class C gas coach by Coachmen RV provides everything you need at your fingertips, and gives you the freedom to go just about anywhere! This model features a rear bedroom, split bath, plus much more! Model 27QB has a side entry door that leads right into the main living space where you will find a sofa on your right opposite a 42" x 71" booth dinette, both with overhead storage. There is a 57" x 95" overhead bunk above the cab area for added sleeping space, plus a swing arm TV for your enjoyment. To the left of the side entry door find the refrigerator, and across from that is the rest of the kitchen amenities including a double sink, a three burner range, overhead microwave, and counter top extension. You will also find plenty of storage space for your dishes and things as well. There is a split bath including a private toilet area with vanity and sink plus linen cabinet along the curb side wall. The shower is directly opposite. The very rear of the coach is where you can relax and enjoy a great nights sleep. There is a queen size bed with nightstand on one side and wardrobes for hanging clothes on both sides, plus an overhead cabinet to keep things neat and organized. Gray/Black dumping is not required but a $75 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if tanks are not emptied. Delivery available within 50mi radius available upon request. $100 Ask about our Paddle Boards and Canopy also available for rent. The Paddle Boards are 10ft 2 in and include oars and an electrical and manual pump options.

The main area also features a nice entertainment center with a TV, DVD player, and radio (great for those rainy days!). The master bedroom has a queen bed and lots of storage for clothes. Upgrades include tinted windows, a power jack, and brand new heavy duty stabilizer jacks. Cute, quaint, and cozy is the best way to describe this camper. It's perfect for couples and small families sleeping 2 to 5 people comfortably. The ball is 2 5/16, the length is 20 feet, and the trailer weight is 3600 lbs. making it towable for most pickups and mid-sized SUVs. We provide fresh linens, toilet paper, paper towels, two camping chairs, a table, and a small grill with charcoal and cooking accessories among other amenities. So if you paid for three nights than you get 3 times the allowable usage of the generator and mileage, etc. Charges will accrue for any usage over that as per the listed amount. BASIC RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
