It’s well maintained and I have a professional clean the trailer on every return. I am a germ-a-phobic so I like it clean.
The 263BHS is a classic family bunk house floorplan. Plenty of sleeping is provided by a queen bed in the private master bedroom, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds, as well as our extra-large U-shaped dinette and jiffy bed sofa. Well thought-out features including the easy view angled entertainment center, generous kitchen pantry and standard outside camp kitchen. Additional storage spaces include the under-bunk cubby and floor-to-ceiling closet in the master bedroom.
Our camper is ready for your family! It has 2 bunks and a king size bedroom! We have chairs and outdoor games available in storage! Linens upon requests as well! The RV is about 26 ft. which make it very convenient in most parking lots. It comes with a solar panel that can power up all 3 TVs, water pump, lighting and fans without using a power source. Additional a 30 amp generator (4000 omni) and propane heat pump are included. The RV is self balanced with push-button jack and automatically adjusts for set up. There is also a private bedroom and full bath. The sleeping areas include a 12 inch queen bed, a full size bed and 2 twin size beds. Free Wi-Fi included. You may park your car in my driveway for free.
This camper is the perfect camper to get away with family whether it's for the weekend or a week! One of the amazing things about this rv is the room it is equipped with a master bedroom and full size bedroom in the front. Then in the middle is your spacious kitchen in living room with a dining room table and a pullout couch! The rear is equipped with bunk beds it has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top! Every room is equipped with brand new smart tvs! My favorite part is outside the rv which has a pull out Blackstone grille with a fridge right beside of it and outdoor speakers to listen to the radio and enjoy the outdoors! Terrific getaway to unplug and get off that screen. No zoom meetings, no slack chats...just a little fresh air. Can fit 8, but just right for couples or groups up to 6. The rig is great for families (we have 2 kids - 3yo and 6yo). They love cooking by the campfires and jumping in mud puddles for hours on end. Large enough to have some space, but not unwieldy like a bus. Runs on gas so can pull into any gas station (though a larger gas station is preferred). Has a complete self-leveling system and onboard generator that runs off the regular gas tank. Located in Winchester VA, driving distance to any of the historic battlefields in Pennsylvania (Gettysburg is a great one) to the beautiful mountains of western VA and West Virginia. Beach trip? Want your own space? Check out some campgrounds near the beach! Available for longer trips as well to the great Smokey Mountains, Grand Canyon, or anywhere your dreams can take you!

Welcome to the Baby Catalina! This roomy and lightweight camper is great for families of 2-5 with full amenities to enjoy a week or weekend of camping fun! Easy to tow, we provide a 10"adjustable hitch. If you do not want to pull with your vehicle we will deliver and setup the unit for you! This is a brand new 2024 with east/west Queen bed, bunk beds and jacknife sofa. We have added 2"foam toppers to the beds for extra comfort. Please supply your own linens,blankets, towels and pillows. The kitchen offers a deep sink, microwave and 2 burner propane stove. Plenty of storage for the paper products your supply but we do also have camping plates, bowls, mugs and silverware for 8. In addition we provide a Kuerig coffee machine and 2-slice toaster. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, mirror, shelf and electric. We supply some TP. We have added wall nets to the bunks for anyone to store their cell phone, tablet, games, books and more. All needed setup supplies are provided and we include a propane gas camping stove for outside cooking. We provide two camping chairs but other additions are available for a fee such as folding table, solo stove, additional chairs, kindling, firewood, 1lb. propane tanks for the outside grill, generator, bike rack, 63 quart cooler and more. The awning is equipped with a multicolored LED light strip, inside and outside speakers for the Bluetooth JBL sound system and all can be controlled from your phone. The TV is mounted at the queen bed and cable is available. We provide many services to make your experience what you want. Delivery, setup, teardown, black tank dump, cleaning and a full instruction and walk around are all available for the appropriate fee. Other things to note; No Smoking, No Festivals, kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit. I have traveled throughout the United States in this RV and it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. I have had very few issues and everything works. It has cruise control, rear vision, side vision with the turning signal, built-in GPS as well as using a smart phone. It also an outside entertainment system under the awning and an outside kitchen
