It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. This thing weighs approximately 3100 lb dry. We also have a generator for a $25 per night flat rate that can be included upon request. Our Motorhome is perfect for long weekends and family vacations. She also comes with a state-of-the-art anti-sway bar, upgraded shocks, and a suspension system for extra safety, easy driving, and ultimate peace of mind - Super easy to drive! The kids will fight over the "over the cab Bunk Bed" but the good news is there's room for two kids and they both have a window, charging stations, and their own TV! Automatic generator start, solar and propane generator allow for dry camping (though staying in campgrounds with hookups recommended if limited experience boondocking/dry camping). A 350 lb capacity moped/dirt bike/bike hauler hitch mount rack and tandem bicycle are available for rent as well. Propane refill is not required on return as long as the propane tank is at 10% or more. Pickup and drop off times are both at 12:00 PM (noon), extension of 12 hours on the same rental dates (8 AM-8 PM) can booked with initial request (insurance fee remains unchanged).
