Large central slide giving you extra room, comfortably sleep 8-10. A queen master bed, couch and table both convert into full/queen size beds, and 2 full size bunks in the back bunkhouse. All have bedding including pillows, sheets and covers. Full functioning kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishes, pots, pans, knives, silverware... TV and DVD player. Indoor and outdoor speaker system connected to AM/FM/ CD radio. Bathroom with an external door access to keep traffic lower inside the camper, which includes toilet, toilet paper, shower, towels, and linens. There is hot and cold running water. An AC to keep it cool during hot days and a furnace if the temp drops at night. Enjoy the added outdoor grill and 4 chairs under the retractable awning. Pets are welcome but NO smoking please. We will tow it and set it up at your confirmed reservation location. There is a $75 setup/breakdown/cleaning/sanitizing fee.

Outdoor lights on the awning and the awning itself for some shade. The trailer will be empty when going out and expected to be returned the same way. I can fill the tank with water if you're going to a site without water hookups. Please be aware that the tank holds 44 gallons of freshwater. The water tank can be emptied by opening the drain under the trailer between the door and wheels. The sewage tank needs to be drained before returning unless you choose the add-on to have me do it.
