Due to the owner's allergies, we do not allow pets or smoking in the unit, no exceptions. The minimum rental is three days. We have equipped the kitchen with a set of pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, BBQ forks, plates, bowls and beverage glasses. In addition, we also provide paper plates and disposable cups for those that do not want to wash dishes. Salt, pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt are provided. A supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided, as well as dish soap and hand soap. Kitchen towels, dishrags, disposable sponges, and garbage bags are also stocked in the unit. You will also need to have some basic experience backing and maneuvering a trailer. Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit. If you do not have a brake controller in your vehicle, we can provide a wireless brake controller that you can control from your smartphone for an additional $30 per trip. The commercial insurance policy requires that you must be at least 25 years or older to rent the travel trailer, and the renter will need to provide us with proof of insurance on your towing vehicle prior to pick up of the unit. We expect that you will return the unit in comparable condition to when you picked it up. Laundry (dish towels, dish rags, and bedding), should be placed in a garbage bag prior to returning the unit.
