2020 Forest River Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen memory foam topped bed in a private bedroom and a full sized pull out couch in the living area all dressed with clean linens. Need more cold space for beer, seltzers and pop? We have you covered with our additional outside fridge! Enjoy indoor/ outdoor speakers with Bluetooth technology, control the music from your phone! With a large electric awning you can still enjoy sitting outdoors during the blazing heat of the day with a forever shady spot. We no longer offer guest pick up and drop off but rest easy knowing you will arrive to your camp site with everything already set up to enjoy your vacation. All deliveries include full set up. Welcome to our home away from home! This unit has so much space, enough for the whole family. Upfront you'll find a King bed with closets and dresser for storage. A second middle bedroom with fold out sofa bed and storage. A loft above middle bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom has a full sized glass door enclosed shower, toilet and sink with access through the hallway. The kitchen has a dining room table with 4 chairs, 3 burner stove with oven, along with a microwave and full sized refrigerator. Air conditioner in the front as well as the bedrooms and loft area. The living room is in the rear of the unit and has dual recliner chairs w/cup holders (these do not recline when sofa bed is out) and a pull out sofa bed. A tv, stereo, dvd player and fireplace. Surround sound stereo with speakers inside and outside. There is also plenty of cabinet and dresser space inside as well as a large pass-through storage underneath the unit. Available for a minimum of 5 nights only during summer months. Pets welcome but no smoking allowed in unit. Delivery area is 25 miles from home base. All delivery requests outside that area will be charged in 25 mile increments. Maximum delivery miles are 100. Festivals are permitted except for Inkcarceration in July in Mansfield and Lost Lands in September in Thornville (Legend Valley). The fold out beds make it easier to sleep more people. Each of the 3 queen fold out beds have a heated mattress and will sleep 2 adults comfortably. NONSMOKING camper! The dining table makes a bed as does the sofa. This camper comes with kitchen ware. (Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses and cups.) K-cup coffee maker with K-cups provided. An outside grill plate is included as well as a small prep table. A nice living area will make it comfortable when you are inside to cook, eat and entertain. There is one tv included which can also be mounted on the outside. It has a house refrigerator,/freezer, furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Of course, you are camping to enjoy the great outdoors so this camper would be perfect for your weekend getaway or week/month vacation. Our Shamrock also has outside shower to clean off your pups paws or rinse off sand and dirt from your feet. We have loved camping for many years and are hoping you will be able to enjoy the outdoors with your experience camping in ours. Exceptions can be made depending on length of rental and timing of delivery. We are close to Mohican campgrounds (Mohican Adventure and Mohican Wilderness among others), Cardinal campground, Alum Creek State Park, KOA campground in Sunbury Ohio and Kokosing campgrounds. An immaculate, spacious 2017 Keystone Passport 2400BH is perfect for the entire family. It comes with enough room to sleep 8 people. Our family of 4 fits comfortably in this unit. The unit offers a RV queen bed and (2) bunk beds. This room is perfect for young children and can sleep 4. The dining table converts to a bed that can sleep 2.
Beautiful, spacious travel travel with plenty of room for large family or small family. Perfect for all camping needs. Inside or outside cooking with outside kitchen. Plenty of storage, bunkhouse with 3 bunk beds and leather couch with 2 closets. Must have 50 amp service to run a/c, sewage tank is not removeable, either hooked to septic or the whole camper needs taken to dump waste. Delivery fees and dumping fee if not hooked to sewer and not emptied before pick up. No less than 3 night minimum unless 30 miles or less delivered or pay more than said delivery. If no water hookup must have water on site to fill tank, can’t haul with full tanks too much weight.

Huge family friendly fifth wheel. Has front living and rear king bedroom with a bunk house in the middle. There’s also a loft above the bunk house with access from kitchen area. The living room has 3 couches and 2 of them pull out into beds.
This unit has everything you need in a travel trailer! This Keystone Springdale is classified as 4 seasons, which means it can be used all year round with the proper prep. This Springdale has 2 entrances, one is a private entrance to the main bedroom and the other door is the main entrance. It has a beautiful picture window in the rear. That's our favorite part. We get up early and open the shades and watch the sunrise while we sip our favorite beverage. I just installed a canopy over the slide out for added comfort. The radio functions in several capacities, it plays the radio and DVDs plus it has 3 settings for speaker output so you can enjoy your favorite music throughout the unit as well as a setting for outside. There are extras if needed. For a small fee of course. There is a generator for boondocking and (4) 5 gallon freshwater tanks that can also be rented for extra convenience. This unit has (2) 30lb propane tanks as well as a table top grill with propane tanks. Contact me now for your next camping adventure. Jo-jo's travel trailer is a cozy home away from home. The queen sized bed is the main sleeping area that has a privacy curtain so you can hide away from the rest of the unit. Jo-jo made sure there was more sleeping areas available. The dinette and the sofa both convert into twin beds. Great for a couple or a couple and a child or two. We do allow responsible use of the awning and include 4 folding camp chairs to enjoy the outside. The outdoor speakers and outside fridge give you even more to enjoy. If using the awning at night, the colorful led lighting is sure to enhance the mood. When coming back from the sandy beach or muddy hike, Jo-jo does ask that you make use of the outside shower to avoid tracking sand or mud into the unit. One of the great things about this unit is it's weight. The trailer has a dry weight of 4015 lbs. and a Gvwr of 6250 lbs. The hitch weight is 505 lbs. This lower weight makes it a towable unit that you do not need to have a 1 ton truck for . A 1/2 ton truck, not to mention several SUV's can handle this rig. (Please verify your vehicle's capabilities before booking.) A weight distribution hitch with bars and anti-sway bar is included with every rental. We do require that you have a 7-pin electric plug and electronic brake controls.Ohio Trailer Brake Laws: Brakes are required if the trailer has an empty weight of over 2,000 lbs.Pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, linens, towels, and card games are all included at no additional charge, however, if you choose to use your own linens, please let us know at the time of booking and we will gladly remove them to give you more room. Plenty of room for the kids and your 4 legged friends to spread out. Sleeps 4-8 people comfortable without having to fold down tables and/or fold-out couches. Entering the camper you will walk into the lounge/kitchen area with plenty of room to move around. The Master bedroom is in front of the trailer and has a queen size memory foam bed with double closing doors for privacy and tons of storage space for clothes. In the rear of the camper are the bunk beds with a play/sleeping area below them. Each bunk bed has its own window and reading light. Perfect space for kids to have their own little play area. The kitchen area has a double sink, 3 burner LP stove w/ oven, microwave, and a large fridge/freezer combo. The kitchen comes stock with everything you need to cook and clean. The bathroom has a toilet, shower/tub combo, and vanity just outside the bathroom door. The camper has AC for the hot summer days and nights and heat for the cooler spring and fall days/nights. The exterior has an awning over the front door and a couple of electrical outlets along with tons more storage. I hope you enjoy using this camper as much as we do!
