There is a pop-out tent off the back which can also sleep 2. Linens and pillows provided upon request. Full bathroom with a standing/sitting shower and toilet paper is provided. Towels provided upon request. There is a desk area, ideal for those needing to do some remote work. This space also works great for a TV. Trailer has been fully insulated and has a freshwater tank heater, making cold weather camping possible. Equipped with electric fireplace, propane heater, and electric air conditioner. With a gross vehicle rating of 7000 lbs and dry weight of 4200 lbs, there is plenty of load-in capacity. The trailer has a 200 amp hour lithium battery and a Renogy 2000 watt inverter/charger.
