We provide stationary rentals and weather permitting delivery to a location of your choice! Our Jayco Eagle 314 BHDS IS A 4 SEASONS CAMPER!!! Stay Cozy ALL WINTER long!!! This rental accommodates up to 11 guests, at 37 Ft. with 2 slide outs there is plenty of room for everyone! Also features a U-shaped dinette, an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, sink, mini fridge and grill, 2- 30 LB propane tanks, electric tongue and stabilizing jacks, electric awning with LED lights, stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, smart TV’s in every room, exterior cargo rack, second door for bathroom only entrance, outdoor shower, and tons of storage space!! This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tank and 6 foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! OPTIONAL: Outdoor Essentials Package (outdoor grill with propane tank and 6-foot table, outdoor mat, camping chairs). EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. **NO Pets or Shoes on Carpet areas** Stains/mud/ pet smells will result in forfeiture of security deposit. *Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! Welcome to our Springdale Mini! We have rented out travel trailers and noticed that some people don’t want something so big! We are five star rated on our other camper that we rent out (much larger unit). We decided to purchase this that comfortably accommodates small families . Just bring your linens and pillows. These can be provided if needed for a fee. Pets allowed for a small additional fee. We do deliver, this camper can also be picked up. Weight of the camper total is 3375 dry, probably around 3700 how it sits. We are excited for our “mini” and the memories it will provide our family and yours!
