It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected. You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, large fresh water bottle, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more.
