Each rental comes with a detailed 60-90 minute orientation upon pickup where I go through in detail everything in the RV, hooking and unhooking as well as answering all of your questions to help put you at ease if you are new to travel trailers. Generator and many other add-ons available. I generally work my day job M-F from 9am to 5pm so the preferred pickup/drop during the week is 8am or after 5pm (though on occasion lunch time can work). In the front of this small, yet efficiently setup, rig you will find the propane tank and battery to power the electric cooler, A/C, tv, and any other powered item. We love furry friends and have several of our own! We invite you to bring your pets along, but be mindful of the space restrictions. Being a small teardrop camper, the inside footprint is the size of a king sized bed, please plan accordingly if bringing pets along.

The following are also included: 19 in TV with DVD player, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with some coffee, hot chocolate and tea pods), regular coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 qt crock pot, elec can opener, blender,toaster, pots and pans, mitts, silverware, knives and assortment of utensils Some kids games. A complete list of all items will be sent before rental. Outside items include the speakers, awning, four camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, 10x10 popup shelter,extension cords, hoses, kids balls such as football, soccer, wiffle ball and more. An outside oven with burners and a grill also come with it if you need it. Special RV toilet paper is provided and ask that it is the only paper used. Why pay for fees such as prep, admin, linens, pet, etc. I do Not charge extra fees., (Outdoorsy does charge an insurance fee). Delivery is available in the North Texas area for 85.00 if i dont have other deliveries. Drop off and Pickup times are flexible. Welcome to our little home away from home, Treeva the Travel Trailer. This lightweight single axle trailer sleeps 5 comfortably with an RV queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds (RV twin), and a bed between (RV full). The full size bed is also the dinette area. Let us know if you would rather have it set up as the dinette upon delivery and we will get that set up for you. Treeva has a shower and camp toilet in her cute little bathroom with hot (and I do mean HOT) and cold water available, a dual burner cook top, a microwave, fridge, and a cute li'l kitchen sink. We have a Roku TV , 6 slice toaster oven, and Keurig in Treeva too. Treeva even has an AC and fireplace! We supply plates, cups, mugs, silverware, bedding, towels, cookware, and toiletries. Just bring your clothes, personal items, and some grub and you are set to camp! Extras such as camping chairs, portable grill for grilling up some hot dogs and hamburgers outside, and a large cooler for adults beverages are also available to add on to this rental. No generator or solar available with this rental so to use the electrical capabilities, you must have electrical hookups available. NO TOWING VEHICLE? No problem delivery to limited sites is available.
