Has two 40-gallon water tanks so double the water capacity. Two batteries and two 15-gallon gas tanks also ensure a more comfortable stay as well as being equipped with solar. Generator provided, only really needed to use outlets and AC. The generator usage is unlimited as long as you fill it with gas yourself. USB ports in bunkhouse work at all times off of the solar. 30 Amp hook up required for AC operation. There is lots of extra hidden storage! Thermal package included! Linens provided and well as comforter for bedroom and 2 very soft blankets for bunkhouse. There are most kitchen necessities and a French press for coffee. With Good Sam roadside assistance, you can be sure you're covered on your trip. Stocked with everything you need, and generator included for free! It sleeps 6 people max but 4 kids and 2 adults would be most comfortable. The dining table can convert into another bed. It's also easy to remove and you can take it outside if you'd like to relax under the power awning. There is a comforter for the main bed, a larger blanket, two other twin blankets, and 6 pillows as well as extra sheets 6 towels are provided. The bathroom contains a toilet and shower. Fridge and microwave for the kitchen as well as two stove burners and a sink. I have provided pots, pans, a cutting board, plastic cups, plastic bowls, some utensils, towels, oven mitts, and cleaning supplies. There is an AC unit AND a fireplace! Both run off of the electrical hookup so make sure if you aren't staying somewhere with hookups to ask me for a generator. I do not charge extra for the generator, but I ask that you fill it with gas yourself. "Hank" is a lightweight, spacious, 21.5 ft. single axle bunkhouse trailer! Easy and lightweight to pull (SUV or Small Truck), yet accommodating enough for the whole family. We offer full delivery, set-up, and generator use if desired. "Hank" is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, fireplace, and toilet. Additionally, there is a 24" wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with DVD player with 10-15 DVD's to choose from. Bring your own streaming or gaming device and enjoy camping in style! (Make sure to download your movies beforehand if camping remotely; Android users must bring an HDMI adapter) The refrigerator includes temperature control as well as a small icebox freezer at the top of the fridge. Additionally, the trailer is equipped with an 8-foot electric retractable awning, as well as four stabilizer jacks. One feature that should really catch your eye is the fireplace. The fireplace comes equipped with temperature control, but can also act as a nightlight during the hotter months by simply turning off the heat at the press of a button. Trailer rental comes with the necessities in order to utilize the RV, including: Roku remote; DVD player; lightening HDMI phone/iPad to TV adapter (courtesy Apple adapter is provided, Android users must provide their own); water supply hose; clean waste dump hose; rubber gloves; long-handled lighter; 4 rolls of RV-friendly toilet paper; full propane tank; 25’ extension cord; wheel chocks; hand crank for stabilizers; full tank of fresh (filtered) water (if camping remotely); 2 5/16” trailer hitch for self-towing (upon request); helpful guidebook with visual representations of how to operate the RV and it’s features; a PDF sent to you before your departure that both itemizes the included items with your RV, and additionally, itemizes our own *recommended* list of camping items to bring with you.

Our Trailer gives us the opportunity to spend quality time out in nature camping, with all the comforts of home. The interior is roomy and convenient. There's plenty of sleeping and living space to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped, including a large pantry and fridge. Even the bathroom is accommodating to plus sized folks! Outside we have camp chairs and a nice propane fire pit. We provide a folding table with a table top burner if you'd rather cook outside. There's also a 6 x 9 rug to help keep the dust down and an outdoor shower for "pre-cleaning". Our trailer would also make a great "spare bedroom" for company, or an amazing base camp for exploring the wonders around this area.

It has a slide out kitchenette with mini fridge which allows you to cook outdoors in the open to further your experience with Mother Nature. Indoor/outdoor speakers that can connect to your phone via Bluetooth to play your favorite playlist and create an ambiance while around the campfire. There is also an outdoor shower so you can wash yourself off if you got a little too crazy having fun! The inside of the trailer has all the comforts of home with air conditioning/heating, larger fridge/freezer to keep all your food fresh and an over-sized bathroom and shower so you don’t feel too claustrophobic. There is also a TV if you really wanna feel at home! We fit our family of 5 inside with room to spare and if you have a couple of littles you should be able to sleep 7 easily. And LAST but certainly not the LEAST: I will take care of emptying the black/gray water tanks so that YOU DON’T HAVE TO!!!! (Who wants to do that at the end of their vacation anyway?;)
