This unit will sleep up to 6 depending on how comfortable you want to be. 2 people can be accommodated on the Queen Size bed 1 person on each bunk for a total of 2 people. 1-2 people can sleep on the dinette bed. Please Bring your own bed sheets and pillows as they are not provided. Perfect for a family looking to get away from the city and explore the outdoors. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee, Upon owner approval The rental includes: dishes/utensils/cups, cutting board, pots pans, camping chairs, dish soap, sponge, dish drying rack, RV toilet paper, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Trailer a led lights inside and out and a integrated Bluetooth system that is connected to the outside speakers. TV is also included along with a DVD player. All newer RV’s need a Full 30 Amp site or Generator to run A/C, microwave ect. Generator is available for a fee . Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbing TOWING WITH A SUV OR VAN RENTAL CONDITIONS: * IF Towing With a VAN OR SUV its the Renters responsibility to check and confirm that their vehicle can tow at least 4900lbs and has a 7 pin trailer connector.
