We give a short walkthrough and guide, come pick up, tear down and haul away. Lots of amenities and comforts of home. Ice cold A/C in the summertime. Double door fridge/freezer combo. It can sleep 4-5 comfortably . There is a queen bed, twin size bunkbeds , and the dinette converts to a bed that can sleep 1. Unit is 30amp. Queen bed and bunks have memory foam mattresses and protectors. Clean bed linens are included if needed, bring your own pillows. Extra blankets and sheets available. RV safe toilet paper is provided, just bring your own regular bathroom toiletries. Utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and a few basic supplies are included. K-cup coffee maker, feel free to bring your own coffee, it brews both k-cup and grounds. 2-Burner Gas Cooktop Microwave Oven, Air fryer, Electric flat-top griddle, Outdoor table and rug 6 cu. ft. Double Door Refrigerator/Freezer 36" TV w/antennae or cable connections. Bring your own streaming devices/laptops. Multiple USB Ports for charging devices. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV or deposit will be forfeited. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in the RV. No Pets allowed in the RV.
