2020 Class A Luxury JAYCO Precept 31UL with J-ride suspension. It's fully loaded with all additional and available options. It sleeps 8 people with private bedroom (king size bed 70x74, in the rear), an overhead double-size bunk, dining booth and tri-fold sofa with inflatable queen size mattress. This modern farmhouse style RV is great for large families. It has 9k miles on it and was used only few times. We do not allow any pets at this time. RV sleeps 6-8 people and has new firm memory foam mattress. It has 1 short king bed (70" x 74"), sleeper jack-knife sofa (full size) that folds into a bed, dream dinette (68") folds into a bed for 2 children or 1 adult and another drop-down overhead bunk bed (full size) that is located above driver & passenger seats (holds maximum of 250 lb). Kitchen package ($50) has coffee machine, toaster, cups, plastic plates, mugs, silverware, cookware, utensils, dish soap, sponge, bowls, paper towels & garbage can/bags. Bathroom package ($50) includes 8x bath & 8x hand towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner & mat. Toilet tablets/liquids, special RV toilet paper, water & sewer hoses, electrical & cable cords are included. RV is 50 amp. A/C and microwave will work with electric power or with a generator. Refrigerator works both on electric power only. Black/grey holding water tanks must be emptied, fuel & propane must be returned full. Smoking inside is not allowed (if evidence of smoking is present $1500 odor fee will be charged). Trips outside of USA are not allowed. Towing cars is allowed but no boats - $250. Bike rack is available for up to 4 bikes - $100. Bridge tolls - $7. BBQ package ($50) includes table, 4 chairs, charcoal BBQ. Damages: you are responsible for all damages caused by your wrong handling. Insurance deductible is $1500 so please handle our RV with care. Future renters depend on you bringing the RV back in a good condition. When we do a walk-through both husband and wife should be present. Kids must stay outside so we can train you properly on how to operate this RV (it will take 1hr). Please do not be early or late. We will be home only at agreed time.
