This well appointed Travel Trailer with an outdoor griddle and fridge sleeps 5 people comfortably. There is a front queen murphy bed that folds up during the day into a seat. There is a bunk bed (both full) and the dinette becomes a full size bed. Perfect for families of 5 or 6! Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the trailer comes back excessively dirty we will charge an additional $100 fee on top of the base cleaning fee. No smoking: Please no smoking in the trailer at any point. If a significant smoke smell is detected after the trailer is returned we reserve the right to retain the security deposit in order to deep clean the trailer and remove any smoke odor. ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED We do not provide the brake controller. If your vehicle does not already have one you will need to get one installed prior to towing this trailer. Black and Gray Water Dump Fee: We ask renters to please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks prior to return. If they are not emptied before returning, we charge a $75 dumping fee. Propane Refill Fee: We ask renters to please refill the propane tanks. If they are unable to do so we charge a $25 propane refill fee.
