Our RV has a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis, 6 cylinder, turbo charged, diesel fuel with 2 slide outs, a queen-sized bed in the back, and a sofa that slides out and opens to a double bed on the side. Side and backup cameras. Retractable power awning, mid-sized frig, 2 burner cooktop, and convection microwave. Good sized shower with sink and toilet in the private bathroom. Queen bed in the primary bedroom with a door for privacy, pull-out couch converts to double bed for 2 people and a bunk for 2 small people or 1 adult. Fully stocked with sheets, blankets, towels, and toilet paper included. Also included kitchen cookware, flatware, dishes, glasses, and cups for 6. There is no dishwasher so you may want to consider paper plates, etc. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW THIS COACH TO GO TO ANY FESTIVALS OR HAVE LARGE PARTIES AS IT WILL VOID YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. NO SMOKING. FREE DELIVERY WITHIN 5 MILES. WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE HOWEVER THE RV MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CLEAN CONDITION AS WHEN YOU PICKED IT UP OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $150 FOR CLEANING. WE REQUIRE A SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED AT THE TIME OF WALK THROUGH. THIS AGREEMENT HELPS TO SET THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE RENTER AS WELL AS THE OWNER.
