Hi there! This is the perfect RV for your next camping adventure! It is a 2023 and easy to drive at only 24 feet. It has plenty of interior space for a family of 3 (4 if two kids are in dining area bed) and TONS of storage space! Sleeping spaces include a private bedroom with walk around queen size bed, large loft style queen bed as well as the dining area and couch that convert to beds for children Other features include a convection/microwave oven, 8 cu ft fridge and freezer, separate indoor and outdoor shower, 32 inch LED TV, back up camera, bathroom, shower, stereo, 13 foot power awning and ample storage inside and out. This unit sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. It will be stocked with basics for cooking and eating supplies including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and cups. This RV is self sufficient with a roof top air conditioner and heater, hot and cold fresh water tank and a 4000 watt Onan generator so you can camp off the grid. Regular pickup time: after 2 pm, drop off time: before: 10am extra hours would be $20-30/hour upon season and avalability. The unit has been recently replaced all new breaks and front tires, equips with 9 seabelts, two queen size beds on dinning tabel bed and one sofa bed, so it could sleep Max 7-8 but comfort for 4 adults and 2-4 children. Nice for big family! The layout is nice with seperated lavatory and shower room so would be more convinent to use. Also large space for put lots of luggages and camping stuffs. Trips in BC, Alberta, USA west coast allowed. Airport/hotel or home pickup and drop off available with cost depends on distance. There are couple things would let the renter know: 1. The generator was damaged last year and haven’t been fixed so it was deleted in th amenities list 2. The roof air conditioner couldn’t come out cool air although the fan works well. Engine air conditioner works excellent. I put a complimentary electric fan in the RV for using in summer but better you evaluate the place you go if it might very hot. 3. I didn’t put awning in amenities list but it do have awning. I might ask for a special fee for the risk of using damage and also need more time to train the renter. It would just get damaged and stuck and no one wants that. Decent good condition roads only. Pet friendly see add ons **No smoking of any kind inside please** Fully furnished. Electrical - 400ah solar, 300 ah lithium battery, and a 2500 watt inverter. Keep in mind battery charging off solar depends on Sun otherwise driving the van charges the battery as well. Also a generator as an add on is an option as well as a camp site power plug in would give you far more freedom for heavy electronic use. - large mini fridge with a small freezer compartment. - Hot showers availible for if your offgrid. On demand hot water comes from a propane water heater. - 42 gallon water tank - Windows all around for amazing views. Which also come with black out window covers for stealth and privacy. - 2 fans for excellent air circulation to keep cool without bugs getting in. - Ac can be used by idling the van if it gets hot out. - Diesel heater with thermostate and timer - Thick Cozy Queen size bed. - Pillows - Bedding (sheets, pillow cases, summer blanket, heavy sleeping bag just incase) - Good lighting as well as some led color changing lighting for fun. - A very nice stereo to enjoy your driving - Kitchen has a huge sink. - Also has a propane 2 burner cook top. - Included an instant pot and a wok as well as a camping collapsible pot and pan set for your convenience. - A honda generator if you plan to be off grid and don't want to worry about power usage as much is also availible as an addon - natureshead composting toilet as an add on as well for offgrid camping. - Also I have included a ton of free extras such as 2 camping chairs, wood axe, tupperware, mixing bowls, paper plates, measuring cups and spoons, silverware, cooking untincils, as well as garbage bags, zip lock bags, plastic wrap, foil wrap, toilet paper, laundry soap, dryer sheets, cleaners, wipe alls, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, bug spray, tooth brushes, hair dryer, bedding/ pillows, older towels that would be good for pets... ect basically fully furnished for your convenience and being able to pack lighter. **Note this is all for use while in the van only please.
