Dogs are allowed, but we ask that they are kept off the furniture and trailer is thoroughly cleaned before pickup. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND SMOKING IN THE TRAILER IS PROHIBITED. For air conditioning to work, 30amp site service is required at minimum. 50amp is ideal for this trailer. Bathroom has a nice stand -up shower and will have clean towels. I do have generators, extra torsion bars and ball mount, solar panels at request. Still another will put the large, 16 foot awning out. The awning, by the way, has a full sun screen with an 8 foot drop.
