2021 Keystone Springdale Bunk House

This unit just needs you, your family and pups! We love taking our dogs (and they LOVE going). We welcome you to bring up to 2 pups with additional one-time pet fee. Super comfy camper with 1 slide out gives it a spacious feel. Sleeping accommodations - 1 queen bed with sliding door, 2 full-ish sized bunks, couch folds out to sleep 2, dinette converts to bed for smaller person(s). Unit is stocked with: - plates, napkins, cups, silverware, trash bags, paper towels. - pots/pans, BBQ tools, mixing bowls, baking pans, cooking utensils, towels/washcloths, single coffee pod pot (ground coffee for reusable pod is provided, single use pods are not) - queen sheet set, bottom sheet for bunks, blankets (cleaned and sanitized) - bathroom hand towels, first aid kit, toilet paper - fun stuff: in unit fireplace, marshmallow forks, board/card games, 2 camp chairs, outdoor mat, awning (for use with signed waiver), outdoor kitchen - everything needed to set and level unit, lighter/matches, extension cord, flashlight - please return clean - supplies provided - broom, dish soap, multipurpose spray cleaner. We will dump black tank (included in rental cost); we prefer this so that sanitary conditions are maintained Delivery can be considered, we are limited on delivery options. **Note - we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can fail; especially during busy seasons where time is limited for maintenance, we will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick up.**
