The RV is fully stocked for your enjoyment, Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods (included), toaster, pots, plates, glasses, silverware, cutting board, knifes, cooking utensils, can opener, bottle opener, tongs, mixing bowls… 3 Flat screen TVs wired with a HDMI cable (for gaming system, personal laptop...) Outdoor kitchen with a griddle grill and a small fridge. LED Power Awning, rug and basic camping chairs included. • Sleep up to 10 people • Two Separate Bedrooms • Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) • Second Bedroom Has 4 Bunkbeds (Sleeps 4) • In the living room you have a sofa that turns into a bed (Sleep 2) • The u shaped dinette can fold down into a bed as well (Sleep 2) • Power awning • Refrigerator • Microwave • Four stove burners w/ Oven • Full Bathroom • Outside shower hookup • Fire Extinguisher • A.C (on electric)/Heater (on propane) • 3 TVs/DVD • Bluetooth Speaker We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/incense of any substance or kind allowed. Any smell of such in the RV will result in the entire damage deposit being forfeited to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. Evidence of any pets/urine in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit too. No more than 10 people may stay in the RV. Normally we provide pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, washcloths, dish rags, etc. Because of Covid-19, we will NO LONGER be doing so until further notice. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, one paper towel roll and 2 rolls toilet paper. If your towing or driving the RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
