When you arrive at the RV/Travel Trailer we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV/Travel Trailer, go over the hand off sheet and the Supplemental Renters Agreement all of which are required to be signed by an verified renter in order to complete the key exchange Things to Know: The RV awning currently does not work and will not be usable. The RV lift will have to be done manually for they do not work electronically. RV should be cleaned and returned in the same condition all of the tanks should be empty there will be an additional $150 for any leftover black tank additional $200 cleaning fee
