We're also happy to share that we are PET FRIENDLY! READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: 1. this is a NO SMOKING trailer. Any signs of smoking/vaping/drugs inside the trailer will result in your damage deposit being kept for a deep cleaning fee. 2. Towing vehicle must have a brake controller. Towing vehicle must have a 7 pin round trailer connector, as well as an equalizer hitch. The trailer comes with it's own hitch, but your vehicle needs a hitch to connect to the camper's hitch. We do offer a hitch for an added fee. (Ball size needed is 2 5/16) 3. Your vehicle needs to be able to tow up to 4800 lbs to rent this trailer. Here are some specs on our model: - 22ft long, 10ft high, 8ft wide - slide out for more room - 12ft awning with lights - 2 propane tanks, 1 battery, and solar panel - 50 gallon fresh water capacity & 30 gallon grey & black water capacity. - AC on runs off of electricity. Either use an electrical site with 30 amp or generator with 3000 running watts (available for rent). - indoor/outdoor speakers with AM/FM radio - queen bed (mattress included) & dinette (turns into a double) makes sleeping for 4 easy - fridge, microwave & propane stove - shower, sink & toilet + outdoor shower - multiple USB ports and plugins on either side of the bed *message for more details not included in the booking info* Your rental covers everything you need to make your trip carefree! Here's a list of inclusions in your rental fee: - Welcome manual & gift basket - bedding, pillows, mattress protector. All bedding is washed between stays and we alternate between different sets - towels, face cloths, soap, deodorant , etc. Anything that is used will be tossed after your stay and replaced with new. - toilet paper & paper towel - cleaning supplies, shop vacuum & garbage bags - Keurig & complimentary pods - dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, pans, etc. - marshmallow sticks - lighters & matches - games - flashlight - first aid kit - wheel stoppers & wood for stabilizing Not included OR requires additional fees: - Generator (5 gallon)- does not include gas. - Propane refill - septic tank emptying not provided.
