Like new! This 2022 travel trailer will provide you and your family with everything you need to enjoy your next adventure. Brand new standard size queen mattress, two bunk beds and dining room table turns into another bed for your little one/s. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials including a coffee percolator. Kitchen has a large sink, microwave, toaster oven, two gas burner stove, freezer and fridge that can run off propane or shore power. This travel trailer has AC for hotter days and a heater for those colder nights. Bathroom offers vanity sink, toilet and bathtub/shower. Great layout provides ample living space. Great cabinet and storage space available. Large awning with outdoor LED rope lights, outdoor and indoor speakers and Bluetooth radio/music system. Travel trailer comes with stabilizing hitch that I can provide for a 2” vehicle receiver, 2 batteries and 2 propane tanks with an automatic switch. The electric jack will make it a breeze to set up the trailer in your desired camping spot. We will provide a large outdoor mat for under the awning and all necessary hookup connections (sewer hose, water hose with pressure regulator and water filter and 30 amp electrical cord and power surge protector). We will also provide wheel chocks and leveling blocks. If you are planning on dry-camping, we also have a generator available at an extra charge (per hour use).
