Family Getaway Camper

2011 Sportsmen 19 Series model. This lightweight hybrid camper is great for a family Getaway or a weekend out for sporting events! It can sleep 7 people (adults and children), OR 5 (adults) comfortably, on two expanding beds in front and back, a convertible dinette and convertible gaucho couch. It has a bathroom (toilet and shower), kitchen comforts (fridge/freezer, stove top, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), air conditioner and heater. Please read full listing for detailed information, and message me freely with any questions. Before renting, please ensure the site you've booked is rated for camper trailers up to 25ft. I include everything you'll need in the kitchen (dishes/mugs/cups, cutlery, cleaning products, fresh sponge and towels, pots and pan, cooking tools & knives, dish rack, cutting board, extendable campfire forks, coffee filters, can opener, potato peeler, and a few other kitchen necessities). I also include freshly washed bed linens and quilts for all beds, just bring your own pillows. Shower caddy included to hold your supplies for personal washing, bring your own personal wash items such as towels/facecloths/beach towels, and personal hygiene products. RV compatible toilet paper is provided to ensure Septic Holding Tank stays in top condition. Outdoor mat is included as well for footwear, to avoid tracking dirt into the camper or leaving shoe scuff marks on the floor. *I use Tide laundry detergent for all bed linens and quilts so if you require scent free linens, please advise that you will bring your own. You may choose to provide your own 20lb propane tank for the heater, stovetop and hot water, or just select the "Propane Tank Use" option at checkout if you'd rather have one provided for you. ($25 flat fee) Are you camping with teens that are awake all night and sleep in until noon? Why not rent a tent for them? No one's sleep is disturbed this way, and they can have their privacy. It's a Win/Win for everyone! $40 to rent for your trip. (See tent in photos) Rental includes tent only, renter sets up and takes down themselves please. Damage to tent will be charged as damage to the camper would be. BONUS: We have installed a removable clear acrylic shield to help protect the bottom screen of the screen door as camper doors are very expensive to replace. Small pets and small children won't be able to cause damage to the screen by leaning or scratching. This will only be included if needed, as it adds a slight weight onto the screen door. Please be sure to empty all holding tanks before the unit is returned. If you'd rather not deal with emptying it yourself at the end of your trip, simply select the "Septic Emptying Prepayment" at checkout and we will take care of emptying it after you've returned it. If you've never emptied holding tanks before, fear not! It'll be included in the crash course you receive before your trip. The Fresh Water Tank has a 20 gallon capacity, so for those camping at a site where individual water hookups aren't available, you can usually fill it up when you get to your destination campground, but please know that I am happy to fill it up for you before your trip. (Be advised that it is filled with well water from my own property. Great for cleaning, not for drinking. Be sure to bring your own fresh, drinking water.) If you choose to tow the camper, please check your vehicle ratings for hauling capacity (details for weight are in the photos) and ensure your vehicle has a 7 pin connector installed. I will provide the hitch ball and sway bar. Delivery and Pickup are available and priced based on distance from Lucan to your desired campground. There is a fee for Delivery and for Septic Tank Emptying on delivery bookings. Please feel free to send me a message if you would like more details. If minimum weekly rental is requested, you will receive a 10% discount on each night fee. When you arrive to pick up, please be prepared to be here for approximately half an hour to an hour, so that we can complete the Departure Inspection and go over the features of the camper. Please have the RVEZY app downloaded onto your phone for the inspection. Extras that are included in overnight price, if desired: - 4ft Cooking table with tablecloth as shown in photos. Perfect to use with a table top Coleman Stove, or as a serving table. (If you do not have a tabletop stove, you are welcome to use mine for your trip, provided you purchase your own fuel for it (green mini Coleman Propane Tanks). Damage to the cooker will be charged as any damage to the camper would be) - 4 folding chairs for outdoor seating (director chair style), plus 2 preschool sized folding chair options. - lights for awning, so no one bumps into the arms at night... (It's happened!... To me - and No, we didn't get it on video unfortunately) Be sure to read and fully understand RVEZY's Cancellation Policy before booking. Late cancellations can get complicated for both the RV owner and the renter, so please leave plenty of time for me to find another renter for the days booked if you choose to cancel.
