Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable van. Unfortunately, there were problems with the electrical system, a constant beep-beep could occur at any time, often at night. The owners came to meet us once to try to fix the problem, but it didn't work. We had to change our plans and book campsites with electricity for the end of our trip, which resulted in additional costs. This is not the first time we have rented a van with RVezy, we had never experienced such a situation. Too bad because it is a beautiful van. The owners have committed to correcting the problem.
First time renter of a sprinter van and I absolutely loved it!! Karen gave a me detailed orientation to the van and how to operate things. It was very easy to drive with all the sensors and back up mirrors. The bed was comfortable. Having the convenience of a fridge, kitchen with a sink, enough pots, pans, and cooking utensils made my trip seem luxurious. I went to a festival which had me drive out on to a bumpy, lumpy field and the 4x4 feature made that very doable. Lastly, Karen was accommodating and allowed a flexible pickup and drop-off time. I would definitely consider renting her van again!
My husband and I had a great time in the van! It had all the amenities we could need to enjoy multiple nights of camping. The ability to add airport pickup and drop off helped make our trip seem less. Thanks Karen!
