Our modern luxury rig is perfect for the fun, family adventure- all in the comfort of a house on wheels. Our RV is just off of Interstate 8, a prime location for picking up and hitting the road. We offer free renter parking on site upon request! Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury with leather captains chairs, 3 TV’s, 6 sleeping locations, and other premium features. With cameras on both power mirrors and a rear view camera, electric seats, cruise control, auto-leveling, and other drivers aids, this house on wheels drives easier than most small rigs out there. We want to ensure you get the same amazing experiences we do, by making sure you’re equipped with everything you need for a confident, safe, successful, and fun trip. WHATS INCLUDED Our RV has enough room to comfortably sleep 8 adults, and up to 10 if some are kids. Sleeping locations include an overhead bed above the cab, fold-out couch, convertible dinette, and 2 bunk beds. A bedroom in the back houses a queen bed, night stands with storage, closet, bathroom access, and TONS of cabinet space. Onboard dual AC’s and heater keeps the entire space to temperature with ease no matter what the weather is outside. A residential size fridge, gas burner/induction combo stove, and convection oven wrap up the kitchen. An 800watt solar system keeps things charged up during the day, and a 3000w inverter keeps you from needing to use the generator for larger appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates, and all the utensils you can think of. While you’ll need to bring your own food- we’ve supplied you with a French press coffee maker and the basic spices you may want for a tasty meal. Upon request, we provide the master bed, bunks, and above cab sleeping areas, with fresh linens and comfy pillows. There’s also bath towels and a few small travel toiletries for your stay! We offer a heavy duty folding canopy, campsite collapsible trash cans, and a large 8'X20' rug for under the awning also available to add on. Want to rinse off after an outing at the beach before heading in? Spray down with our warm outside shower! For those with young children, we have bunk net guards for all bunks and overhead beds. If you wish to not use our linens or anything else provided by us, please let us know before your trip starts so we can remove them before your trip, and get you on the road as fast as possible! Early pickup/dropoff may incur an additional fee. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN? -Have all grey and black water tanks emptied before return. -$75 charge per tank may be applied if you do not have empty gray and black water tanks. -If you are having us empty the tanks, They SHOULD NOT BE OVER CAPACITY, YOU WILL COMPROMISE OUR RIG AND COULD BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE. -Fresh water tank does NOT need to be full upon return, however it CANNOT return completely empty. -Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus $100. -Remove all trash you accumulated -Put used linens in laundry basket -Dishes cleaned OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV: If towing a trailer is requested, advance notice of at least 7 days is required. If RV is returned later than 1hr passed agreed upon dropoff time, an additional hourly charge may be applied at our discretion. Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange.

Bring your own sheets for the dinette bed, if needed. - Towels for 4 - 2 adult and 1 kid size camping chair - Dishes and utensils for 4, plus wine/bottle opener - Pots and pans - basically 1 of each For deliveries to dry campsites, we'll deliver with a full tank of fresh water (43 gallons), and will provide instructions for refilling the tank. RECOMMENDATIONS If you're dry camping (campsites without electrical hookups), we highly recommend adding our generator to your booking so that you can use the AC outlets, microwave, and air conditioning. If those three aren't needed, the included batteries and solar panel should be fine to power the water pump, water heater, lights, furnace, etc. We do NOT recommend drinking from the taps in the trailer, even though a filter is included. Campsites may have unknown water quality so it's best to bring bottled water for drinking, and use the sink/shower for washing dishes, showering, etc. We also offer add-ons to your booking: - Propane fire ring with a full 20lb propane tank - No more smelling like a campfire your whole trip. - 2-person inflatable kayaks (we have two available) - Large outdoor mat - Great for dirt/unpaved sites. RULES - No deliveries to Mexico or to Ocotillo Wells or other desert locations. Sorry! - No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. - Dogs allowed but please no puppies! Dogs always triple the cleaning time for us so there is a $50 extra cleaning fee for dogs. - Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dished must be washed! If the trailer is left in very bad condition and we need to spend extra time cleaning it, we'll have to charge an extra $100 fee. In 2+ years of renting, we've never had to charge this fee to a renter :) - You're welcome to use the powered awning, but it is at your own risk. We'll show you how to extend/retract it, so it's your responsibility to make sure to put it away in heavy winds to avoid expensive damage. - $75 dump fee if your campsite doesn't have either sewer hookups or an onsite dump station for emptying the holding tanks. - $100 late fee will be assessed if renter is more than 30 minutes late to an agreed upon meeting time.

BRAND NEW 2023 Thor Quantum Sprinter MB24.Diesel Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. Super easy to drive, pretty good gas mileage. Queen Murphy bed that converts to a sofa during the day, great and spacious. Dinette converts into a bed, and you also have the bed over the cab. Since it is brand new, I don't have any reviews on this unit, but I used to rent a Class B Winnebago Solis. Always received excellent reviews. My focus is that you have a great, stress-free vacation! RV sleeps 4-5 but note that it has 4 seatbelts. Preview reviews - David M. We bought this trailer in July of 2020. The best part of this RV are the big windows all over specially the rear window. Very bright and airy! Windows are perfect for beach camping or any other camping so you can view the beautiful surroundings. I replaced the bedroom mattress with a queen size comfy mattress so you can have a good night sleep. We also enjoy the huge bathroom, most RVs have super small bathrooms which present all kinds of issues. Fully stocked --Includes linens, kitchenware, cookware and towels. We also have a super quiet generator if needed. I will deliver and Set-up for you (I actually enjoy this part). Super cool looking with the black, gray and silver combo. I love this trailer!
