(Tables, bbq, bikes etc.) Any damages that occur because of these actions is the responsibility of the renter. Be vigilant of weather conditions when using awning. If there is gusts of wind, it is not advised to have awning out. Any damage cost that occur to awning during trip is the responsibility of the renter. Leave trailer in same condition you received it. Large fridge/freezer and convenient bathroom with large shower. It even has a washer and dryer! If you're wanting to be off grid, it's equipped with 1200w of solar panels and a total of 600ah lithium batteries, it'll keep the lights on when there's no electricity available. **I'm sorry, we no longer rent on the beach at Pismo Dunes anymore** We are happy to deliver to any of the wonderful Pismo Beach area campgrounds still but it's just too much for the sand.
